Bivša ministrica znanosti i obrazovanja Blaženka Divjak na svom je Facebook profilu objasnila zašto Sveučilištu u Zadru nije odobrila dodatna sredstva za izgradnju studentskog doma i menze na Novom kampusu. Njenu objavu prenosimo u cijelosti.

Zašto Zadru nisam odobrila dodatnih 6 milijuna kuna?

Nakon što su u medije izašli novi transkripti, pitaju me zašto nisam Sveučilištu u Zadru kao ministrica odobrila dodatnih preko 6 milijuna kuna za studentski dom, jer su to očito neki očekivali.

Prvo, niti jedan ministar, župan niti gradonačelnik ne dijeli iz svojega džepa niti to smije raditi po tome tko mu se sviđa, a tko ne.

Drugo, Ministarstvo je svim kapitalnim projektima iz područja obrazovanja i znanosti, koji su se financirali iz EU fondova, osiguravalo obavezno nacionalno sufinanciranje od 15 %, pa je to bilo osigurano i za Zadar. Dodatna sredstva su se mogla odobriti ako je postojao opravdani razlog, čista dokumentacija i raspoloživa sredstva u državnom proračunu. Očito barem jedan kriterij nije bio ispunjen, pa dodatnih 6 milijuna nisu dobili.

Treće, stvarno je odvratan način na koji se, sudeći po ovome što čitamo u medijima, razgovaralo i pokušavalo zaobilaznim i makinacijama doći do novca.

Bivša ministrica znanosti i obrazovanja Blaženka Divjak na svom je Facebook profilu objasnila zašto Sveučilištu u Zadru nije odobrila dodatna sredstva za izgradnju studentskog doma i menze na Novom kampusu. Njenu objavu prenosimo u cijelosti.

Zašto Zadru nisam odobrila dodatnih 6 milijuna kuna?

Nakon što su u medije izašli novi transkripti, pitaju me zašto nisam Sveučilištu u Zadru kao ministrica odobrila dodatnih preko 6 milijuna kuna za studentski dom, jer su to očito neki očekivali.

Prvo, niti jedan ministar, župan niti gradonačelnik ne dijeli iz svojega džepa niti to smije raditi po tome tko mu se sviđa, a tko ne.

Drugo, Ministarstvo je svim kapitalnim projektima iz područja obrazovanja i znanosti, koji su se financirali iz EU fondova, osiguravalo obavezno nacionalno sufinanciranje od 15 %, pa je to bilo osigurano i za Zadar. Dodatna sredstva su se mogla odobriti ako je postojao opravdani razlog, čista dokumentacija i raspoloživa sredstva u državnom proračunu. Očito barem jedan kriterij nije bio ispunjen, pa dodatnih 6 milijuna nisu dobili.

Treće, stvarno je odvratan način na koji se, sudeći po ovome što čitamo u medijima, razgovaralo i pokušavalo zaobilaznim i makinacijama doći do novca.

Bivša ministrica znanosti i obrazovanja Blaženka Divjak na svom je Facebook profilu objasnila zašto Sveučilištu u Zadru nije odobrila dodatna sredstva za izgradnju studentskog doma i menze na Novom kampusu. Njenu objavu prenosimo u cijelosti.

Zašto Zadru nisam odobrila dodatnih 6 milijuna kuna?

Nakon što su u medije izašli novi transkripti, pitaju me zašto nisam Sveučilištu u Zadru kao ministrica odobrila dodatnih preko 6 milijuna kuna za studentski dom, jer su to očito neki očekivali.

Prvo, niti jedan ministar, župan niti gradonačelnik ne dijeli iz svojega džepa niti to smije raditi po tome tko mu se sviđa, a tko ne.

Drugo, Ministarstvo je svim kapitalnim projektima iz područja obrazovanja i znanosti, koji su se financirali iz EU fondova, osiguravalo obavezno nacionalno sufinanciranje od 15 %, pa je to bilo osigurano i za Zadar. Dodatna sredstva su se mogla odobriti ako je postojao opravdani razlog, čista dokumentacija i raspoloživa sredstva u državnom proračunu. Očito barem jedan kriterij nije bio ispunjen, pa dodatnih 6 milijuna nisu dobili.

Treće, stvarno je odvratan način na koji se, sudeći po ovome što čitamo u medijima, razgovaralo i pokušavalo zaobilaznim i makinacijama doći do novca.
