Bivši stručni suradnik za odnose s javnošću Turističke zajednice grada Zadra 50-godišnji Stjepan Safundžić Felber pravomoćno je osuđen za klevetu svog “nasljednika”, 46-godišnjeg Ante Galića. Četiri godine od početka sudskog postupka, Županijski sud u Zadru potvrdio je presudu nižeg suda kojom je Felber proglašen krivim za kazneno djelo klevete zbog čega mu je izrečena novčana kazna u visini od 40 dnevnih dohodatka.

Galić je protiv Felbera podignuo privatnu tužbu 2016. godine kada ga je ovaj putem tadašnje zamjenice pročelnice Ureda grada Zadra Majde Mikulandre prijavio sad već bivšem predsjedniku Turističke zajednice Grada Zadra, gradonačelniku Božidaru Kalmeti za uzimanje mita. Felber je, prema navodima iz optužbe, Mikulandri 27. prosinca 2014. proslijedio mail u kojem Galić predlaže stanovitom Anti Butiću da mu plati 180 eura za višegodišnje reklamiranje obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva na stranicama Hrvatske turističke zajednice (HTZ) i Turističke zajednice grada Zadra, koje je, inače, besplatno.

Galić je, prema sadržaju inkriminiranog maila, kojeg je Felberu poslao Butićev otac, novac uzeo na ruke u prostoru TIC-a na Narodnom trgu. Namjera Felbera je bila da Kalmeta, kao predsjednik TZ-a, ispita situaciju, ali ga je Galić tužio nakon što mu je mail pokazao tadašnji direktor Turističke zajednice grada Zadra Zvonko Šupe.

Općinski sud u Zadru Felbera je u sudskom postupku na kojem je svjedočio i tadašnji gradonačelnik Zadra Božidar Kalmeta proglasio krivim, što je potvrdio i Županijski sud u Zadru odbivši Felberovu žalbu. Da je počinio kazneno djelo klevete, kako se navodi u obrazloženju, vidljivo iz iskaza svjedoka, posebno onog iAnte Butića, koji nije imao razloga iskazivati u korist Galića na bilo koji način. Nesporno je, naime, utvrđeno da Butić, koji je bio decidiran u svojoj izjavi, nikada Felberu nije prenio navode koji se odnose na Galića. Unatoč tome, Felber je, kako se navodi, ničim izazvan, plasirao te navode dalje. Te informacije je poslao i Dinu Peroviću, iako na sudu nije dao suvislo obrazloženje zbog čega je upravo njemu slao takav email.

- Koliko je, pri tom, okrivljenik bio nekorektan i postupao neljudski odnosno koliko daleko je išao vidljivo je iz činjenice da je fabricirao email i proslijedio ga sa svoje email adrese na drugu svoju email adresu, te ga, kao takvog, proslijedio dalje putem računalnog sustava i opet, učinio ga dostupnom većem broju 1judi. I sve to, ponavlja se, sa svješću da se radi o neistinitom sadržaju - navodi se u obrazloženuju presude koju je potvrdio Županijski sud u Zadru.

Bivši stručni suradnik za odnose s javnošću Turističke zajednice grada Zadra 50-godišnji Stjepan Safundžić Felber pravomoćno je osuđen za klevetu svog “nasljednika”, 46-godišnjeg Ante Galića. Četiri godine od početka sudskog postupka, Županijski sud u Zadru potvrdio je presudu nižeg suda kojom je Felber proglašen krivim za kazneno djelo klevete zbog čega mu je izrečena novčana kazna u visini od 40 dnevnih dohodatka.

Galić je protiv Felbera podignuo privatnu tužbu 2016. godine kada ga je ovaj putem tadašnje zamjenice pročelnice Ureda grada Zadra Majde Mikulandre prijavio sad već bivšem predsjedniku Turističke zajednice Grada Zadra, gradonačelniku Božidaru Kalmeti za uzimanje mita. Felber je, prema navodima iz optužbe, Mikulandri 27. prosinca 2014. proslijedio mail u kojem Galić predlaže stanovitom Anti Butiću da mu plati 180 eura za višegodišnje reklamiranje obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva na stranicama Hrvatske turističke zajednice (HTZ) i Turističke zajednice grada Zadra, koje je, inače, besplatno.

Galić je, prema sadržaju inkriminiranog maila, kojeg je Felberu poslao Butićev otac, novac uzeo na ruke u prostoru TIC-a na Narodnom trgu. Namjera Felbera je bila da Kalmeta, kao predsjednik TZ-a, ispita situaciju, ali ga je Galić tužio nakon što mu je mail pokazao tadašnji direktor Turističke zajednice grada Zadra Zvonko Šupe.

Općinski sud u Zadru Felbera je u sudskom postupku na kojem je svjedočio i tadašnji gradonačelnik Zadra Božidar Kalmeta proglasio krivim, što je potvrdio i Županijski sud u Zadru odbivši Felberovu žalbu. Da je počinio kazneno djelo klevete, kako se navodi u obrazloženju, vidljivo iz iskaza svjedoka, posebno onog iAnte Butića, koji nije imao razloga iskazivati u korist Galića na bilo koji način. Nesporno je, naime, utvrđeno da Butić, koji je bio decidiran u svojoj izjavi, nikada Felberu nije prenio navode koji se odnose na Galića. Unatoč tome, Felber je, kako se navodi, ničim izazvan, plasirao te navode dalje. Te informacije je poslao i Dinu Peroviću, iako na sudu nije dao suvislo obrazloženje zbog čega je upravo njemu slao takav email.

- Koliko je, pri tom, okrivljenik bio nekorektan i postupao neljudski odnosno koliko daleko je išao vidljivo je iz činjenice da je fabricirao email i proslijedio ga sa svoje email adrese na drugu svoju email adresu, te ga, kao takvog, proslijedio dalje putem računalnog sustava i opet, učinio ga dostupnom većem broju 1judi. I sve to, ponavlja se, sa svješću da se radi o neistinitom sadržaju - navodi se u obrazloženuju presude koju je potvrdio Županijski sud u Zadru.

Bivši zaposlenik TZ Grada Zadra Stjepan Felber pravomoćno osuđen za klevetu svog ‘nasljednika‘ Ante Galića!

Bivši stručni suradnik za odnose s javnošću Turističke zajednice grada Zadra 50-godišnji Stjepan Safundžić Felber pravomoćno je osuđen za klevetu svog “nasljednika”, 46-godišnjeg Ante Galića. Četiri godine od početka sudskog postupka, Županijski sud u Zadru potvrdio je presudu nižeg suda kojom je Felber proglašen krivim za kazneno djelo klevete zbog čega mu je izrečena novčana kazna u visini od 40 dnevnih dohodatka.

Galić je protiv Felbera podignuo privatnu tužbu 2016. godine kada ga je ovaj putem tadašnje zamjenice pročelnice Ureda grada Zadra Majde Mikulandre prijavio sad već bivšem predsjedniku Turističke zajednice Grada Zadra, gradonačelniku Božidaru Kalmeti za uzimanje mita. Felber je, prema navodima iz optužbe, Mikulandri 27. prosinca 2014. proslijedio mail u kojem Galić predlaže stanovitom Anti Butiću da mu plati 180 eura za višegodišnje reklamiranje obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva na stranicama Hrvatske turističke zajednice (HTZ) i Turističke zajednice grada Zadra, koje je, inače, besplatno.

Galić je, prema sadržaju inkriminiranog maila, kojeg je Felberu poslao Butićev otac, novac uzeo na ruke u prostoru TIC-a na Narodnom trgu. Namjera Felbera je bila da Kalmeta, kao predsjednik TZ-a, ispita situaciju, ali ga je Galić tužio nakon što mu je mail pokazao tadašnji direktor Turističke zajednice grada Zadra Zvonko Šupe.

Općinski sud u Zadru Felbera je u sudskom postupku na kojem je svjedočio i tadašnji gradonačelnik Zadra Božidar Kalmeta proglasio krivim, što je potvrdio i Županijski sud u Zadru odbivši Felberovu žalbu. Da je počinio kazneno djelo klevete, kako se navodi u obrazloženju, vidljivo iz iskaza svjedoka, posebno onog iAnte Butića, koji nije imao razloga iskazivati u korist Galića na bilo koji način. Nesporno je, naime, utvrđeno da Butić, koji je bio decidiran u svojoj izjavi, nikada Felberu nije prenio navode koji se odnose na Galića. Unatoč tome, Felber je, kako se navodi, ničim izazvan, plasirao te navode dalje. Te informacije je poslao i Dinu Peroviću, iako na sudu nije dao suvislo obrazloženje zbog čega je upravo njemu slao takav email.

- Koliko je, pri tom, okrivljenik bio nekorektan i postupao neljudski odnosno koliko daleko je išao vidljivo je iz činjenice da je fabricirao email i proslijedio ga sa svoje email adrese na drugu svoju email adresu, te ga, kao takvog, proslijedio dalje putem računalnog sustava i opet, učinio ga dostupnom većem broju 1judi. I sve to, ponavlja se, sa svješću da se radi o neistinitom sadržaju - navodi se u obrazloženuju presude koju je potvrdio Županijski sud u Zadru.
