Na sjednici Gradskog vijeća raspravljalo se i o produženju liste za dobivanje socijalnih stanova.
- S obzirom da su stambeni kapaciteti popunjeni i imajući u vidu da su od 62 osobe koje su se nalazile na listi, njih devet dobilo stanove, predlaže se do novog natječaja produljiti listu, kazao je zamjenik pročelnik UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom Marin Batur.
Damir Biloglav, vijećnik koji je ujedno i predsjednik Komisije za dodjelu socijalnih stanova, kazao je kako još uvijek čeka da mu se dostavi lista svih korisnika socijalnih stanova, a ne prioritetna lista.
- Više puta sam kazao kako ne postoje zakonske prepreke da se takvo nešto objavi, čak je i Agencija za zaštitu podataka rekla da nema zapreke objavi takve liste. Ako već idemo u produljenje liste čekanja, neka se implementira i tumačenje Agencije koja je kazala kako je čak poželjno napraviti listu korisnika i objaviti je na isti način kao i listu prioriteta, kazao je Bilogav.
Ante Rubeša (Akcija mladih) kazao je kako su liste za dodjelu stanova kompleksno pitanje.
- S ovim što se Biloglavu ne daju liste korisnika stanova postoji sumnja da vi u HDZ-u skrivate nešto, odnosno da tamo nisu samo osobe koje trebaju biti već da ima svega i svačega, nasljeđivanja, ostavljanja djeci, jer čemu dizati kredit kad stan možeš plaćati 134 kune mjesečno. Ono što sam tražio dok sam bio predsjednik Komisije jest da se pošalje dopis MORH-u i Agenciji za državne nekretnine i da oni ustupe svoje prazne stanove, ali nitko taj dopis nije poslao, kazao je Rubeša dodajući kako je potrebno napraviti reviziju da se vidi tko sada živi u tim stanovima.
Biloglav je još jedanput apelirao da se objavi lista korisnika, jer će dati ostavku na mjesto predsjednika Komisije ako se to ne napravi.
- Ako se to ne realizira, ja ću morati dati ostavku jer ne vidim način na koji bih mogao funkcionirati. Čuo sam od brojnih ljudi da ima jako puno zlouporabe stanova i smatram da bi bilo korisno objaviti listu jer bi sigurno onda dobivali više informacija, kazao je Biloglav.

Na sjednici Gradskog vijeća raspravljalo se i o produženju liste za dobivanje socijalnih stanova.
- S obzirom da su stambeni kapaciteti popunjeni i imajući u vidu da su od 62 osobe koje su se nalazile na listi, njih devet dobilo stanove, predlaže se do novog natječaja produljiti listu, kazao je zamjenik pročelnik UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom Marin Batur.
Damir Biloglav, vijećnik koji je ujedno i predsjednik Komisije za dodjelu socijalnih stanova, kazao je kako još uvijek čeka da mu se dostavi lista svih korisnika socijalnih stanova, a ne prioritetna lista.
- Više puta sam kazao kako ne postoje zakonske prepreke da se takvo nešto objavi, čak je i Agencija za zaštitu podataka rekla da nema zapreke objavi takve liste. Ako već idemo u produljenje liste čekanja, neka se implementira i tumačenje Agencije koja je kazala kako je čak poželjno napraviti listu korisnika i objaviti je na isti način kao i listu prioriteta, kazao je Bilogav.
Ante Rubeša (Akcija mladih) kazao je kako su liste za dodjelu stanova kompleksno pitanje.
- S ovim što se Biloglavu ne daju liste korisnika stanova postoji sumnja da vi u HDZ-u skrivate nešto, odnosno da tamo nisu samo osobe koje trebaju biti već da ima svega i svačega, nasljeđivanja, ostavljanja djeci, jer čemu dizati kredit kad stan možeš plaćati 134 kune mjesečno. Ono što sam tražio dok sam bio predsjednik Komisije jest da se pošalje dopis MORH-u i Agenciji za državne nekretnine i da oni ustupe svoje prazne stanove, ali nitko taj dopis nije poslao, kazao je Rubeša dodajući kako je potrebno napraviti reviziju da se vidi tko sada živi u tim stanovima.
Biloglav je još jedanput apelirao da se objavi lista korisnika, jer će dati ostavku na mjesto predsjednika Komisije ako se to ne napravi.
- Ako se to ne realizira, ja ću morati dati ostavku jer ne vidim način na koji bih mogao funkcionirati. Čuo sam od brojnih ljudi da ima jako puno zlouporabe stanova i smatram da bi bilo korisno objaviti listu jer bi sigurno onda dobivali više informacija, kazao je Biloglav.
