Šest najjačih hrvatskih stranaka u BiH u petak je zatražilo izmjenu entitetskih ustava Republike Srpske i Federacije BiH radi dovođenja u ravnopravnu poziciju Hrvata u tim entitetima.

Vodstva šest stranaka na sastanku u Mostaru usuglasila su zajedničku izjavu u kojoj se upozorava na neravnopravni položaj hrvatskog naroda u BiH i u oba entiteta te traži "da se odmah pristupi izmjenama entitetskih ustava i zakona o entitetskim vladama radi dovođenja u ravnopravni položaj sva tri konstitutivna naroda, na način da se ustavom uvedu minimalne nacionalne kvote u zakonodavnoj vlasti te da se uspostavi paritet u izvršnoj i sudskoj vlasti, uz uvođenje razumnog prava veta u procesu odlučivanja".

Prema sadašnjim entitetskim ustavima, kako upozoravaju predstavnici hrvatskih stranaka u BiH, u Republici Srpskoj odluke se mogu donositi voljom srpskih dužnosnika u tijelima vlasti, a u Federaciji BiH Bošnjaci u tijelima vlasti Bošnjaci mogu preglasavati Hrvate.

Ovo je prvi puta nakon potpisivanja Daytonskog sporazuma da su hrvatske stranke u BiH zatražile izmjenu entitetskih ustava. Predsjednik HDZ 1990. Božo Ljubić je objasnio kako se Hrvati BiH i dalje zauzimaju za donošenje novog Ustava BiH, ali da u međuvremenu treba promijeniti entitetske ustave kako bi se uklonila neravnopravnost Hrvata pri odlučivanju u entitetskim tijelima vlasti. Po Ljubićevim riječima, zahtjev za izmjenu entitetskih ustava biti će dostavljen srpskim i bošnjačkim strankama, te predstavnicima međunarodne zajednice.

Predsjednik Hrvatske stranke prava BiH (Đapić-Jurišić) Zvonko Jurišić je izjavio kako se izmjenom entitetskih ustava doprinosi onemogućavanju otcjepljenja Republike Srpske (RS) od BiH. "Nema otcjepljenja dijela BiH koji je nastao ratnim osvajanjem", rekao je Jurišić.

Sudionici sastanka u Mostaru u petak su u zajedničkoj izjavi naveli da ostaju privrženi načelima Kreševske deklaracije, potpisane prije pola godine u Kreševu, a u kojoj se zauzimaju za ukidanje dvoentitetskog ustroja BiH, te za to da se pri novom ustroju BiH formiraju tri razine vlasti: državna, općinska i srednja između državne i općinske, ali se ni tada, a ni danas u Mostaru, izjasnili koliko bi regija (federalnih jedinica) trebalo formirati za srednju razinu vlasti.

Šest najjačih hrvatskih stranaka u BiH u petak je zatražilo izmjenu entitetskih ustava Republike Srpske i Federacije BiH radi dovođenja u ravnopravnu poziciju Hrvata u tim entitetima.

Vodstva šest stranaka na sastanku u Mostaru usuglasila su zajedničku izjavu u kojoj se upozorava na neravnopravni položaj hrvatskog naroda u BiH i u oba entiteta te traži "da se odmah pristupi izmjenama entitetskih ustava i zakona o entitetskim vladama radi dovođenja u ravnopravni položaj sva tri konstitutivna naroda, na način da se ustavom uvedu minimalne nacionalne kvote u zakonodavnoj vlasti te da se uspostavi paritet u izvršnoj i sudskoj vlasti, uz uvođenje razumnog prava veta u procesu odlučivanja".

Prema sadašnjim entitetskim ustavima, kako upozoravaju predstavnici hrvatskih stranaka u BiH, u Republici Srpskoj odluke se mogu donositi voljom srpskih dužnosnika u tijelima vlasti, a u Federaciji BiH Bošnjaci u tijelima vlasti Bošnjaci mogu preglasavati Hrvate.

Ovo je prvi puta nakon potpisivanja Daytonskog sporazuma da su hrvatske stranke u BiH zatražile izmjenu entitetskih ustava. Predsjednik HDZ 1990. Božo Ljubić je objasnio kako se Hrvati BiH i dalje zauzimaju za donošenje novog Ustava BiH, ali da u međuvremenu treba promijeniti entitetske ustave kako bi se uklonila neravnopravnost Hrvata pri odlučivanju u entitetskim tijelima vlasti. Po Ljubićevim riječima, zahtjev za izmjenu entitetskih ustava biti će dostavljen srpskim i bošnjačkim strankama, te predstavnicima međunarodne zajednice.

Predsjednik Hrvatske stranke prava BiH (Đapić-Jurišić) Zvonko Jurišić je izjavio kako se izmjenom entitetskih ustava doprinosi onemogućavanju otcjepljenja Republike Srpske (RS) od BiH. "Nema otcjepljenja dijela BiH koji je nastao ratnim osvajanjem", rekao je Jurišić.

Sudionici sastanka u Mostaru u petak su u zajedničkoj izjavi naveli da ostaju privrženi načelima Kreševske deklaracije, potpisane prije pola godine u Kreševu, a u kojoj se zauzimaju za ukidanje dvoentitetskog ustroja BiH, te za to da se pri novom ustroju BiH formiraju tri razine vlasti: državna, općinska i srednja između državne i općinske, ali se ni tada, a ni danas u Mostaru, izjasnili koliko bi regija (federalnih jedinica) trebalo formirati za srednju razinu vlasti.
