Trgovačkom sudu u Zadru Fina je dostavila prijedlog za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad stečajnim dužnikom –Hoteli Vodice d.d. iz Vodica. Riječ je tvrtki eminentnog vodičkog hotela Punta, u vlasništvu drniškog poduzetnika Andrije Kevića, supruga bivše missice Hrvatske, Šibenke Maje Cvjetkovič.

U prijedlogu Fine za otvaranje stečaja nad ovom hotelskom kućom koja zapošljava 78 stalnih djelatnika i još stotinjak tijekom ljetne sezone, navodi se da dužnik na dan 8. travnja ove godine ima evidentirane neizvršene osnove za plaćanje u neprekidnom razdoblju od 120 dana i to u iznosu od dva milijuna i 496 tisuća kuna.

Na temelju ovog prijedloga FINA-e Trgovački sud u Zadru, pod predsjedavanjem sutkinje Ardene Bajlo, donio je u četvrtak, 18. travnja, rješenje o pokretanju prethodnog postupka radi utvrđivanja pretpostavki za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad vodičkom hotelskom kućom.

Temeljem toga rješenja spojeno je ročište radi očitovanja o prijedlogu za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad dužnikom i ročište radi rasprave o pretpostavkama za otvaranjem stečaja u jedno ročište, koje je zakazano za dan 29. travnja u šibenskoj Stalnoj službi zadarskog Trgovačkog suda.

Kako doznajemo, na ročištu će vodičku hotelsku kuću zastupati Damir Varošanec, inače, direktor hotela Punta i član Uprave tvrtke 'Hoteli Vodice' d.d.

Trgovačkom sudu u Zadru Fina je dostavila prijedlog za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad stečajnim dužnikom –Hoteli Vodice d.d. iz Vodica. Riječ je tvrtki eminentnog vodičkog hotela Punta, u vlasništvu drniškog poduzetnika Andrije Kevića, supruga bivše missice Hrvatske, Šibenke Maje Cvjetkovič.

U prijedlogu Fine za otvaranje stečaja nad ovom hotelskom kućom koja zapošljava 78 stalnih djelatnika i još stotinjak tijekom ljetne sezone, navodi se da dužnik na dan 8. travnja ove godine ima evidentirane neizvršene osnove za plaćanje u neprekidnom razdoblju od 120 dana i to u iznosu od dva milijuna i 496 tisuća kuna.

Na temelju ovog prijedloga FINA-e Trgovački sud u Zadru, pod predsjedavanjem sutkinje Ardene Bajlo, donio je u četvrtak, 18. travnja, rješenje o pokretanju prethodnog postupka radi utvrđivanja pretpostavki za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad vodičkom hotelskom kućom.

Temeljem toga rješenja spojeno je ročište radi očitovanja o prijedlogu za otvaranje stečajnog postupka nad dužnikom i ročište radi rasprave o pretpostavkama za otvaranjem stečaja u jedno ročište, koje je zakazano za dan 29. travnja u šibenskoj Stalnoj službi zadarskog Trgovačkog suda.

Kako doznajemo, na ročištu će vodičku hotelsku kuću zastupati Damir Varošanec, inače, direktor hotela Punta i član Uprave tvrtke 'Hoteli Vodice' d.d.

Zbog dugovanja od 2,5 milijuna kuna koja neprekidno traju 120 dana, Trgovački sud pokrenuo predradnje stečaja nad vodičkim hotelom 'Punta' vlasnika Andrije Kevića
