Gradsko vijeća Vodica na današnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća odlučilo je o produljenju mjera potpore gospodarstvu tijekom korona-krize te o ukidanju prireza, prenosi portal InfoVodice.

Do 31. srpnja tako će se produljiti isplata potpora male vrijednosti za obveznike poreza na potrošnju koji obavljaju gospodarsku djelatnost u iznosu 50 posto ostvarenog poreza na potrošnju za mjesece siječanj, veljaču, ožujak, travanj, svibanj i lipanj 2021. godine.

Za obveznike komunalne naknade koji obavljaju gospodarsku djelatnost produljuje se do kraja srpnja potpora u visini 50 posto iznosa komunalne naknade za mjesece siječanj, veljaču, ožujak, travanj, svibanj i lipanj 2021. godine utvrđenog Rješenjem o utvrđivanju komunalne naknade, isključivo za obveznike kojima se komunalna naknada utvrđuje za svih 12 mjeseci.

Obrtima i trgovačkim društvima koji obavljaju gospodarsku djelatnost na području Grada Vodica, a kojima se porez na korištenje javnih površina na području Grada Vodica utvrđuje za svih 12 mjeseci, produljuje se potpora u obliku refundiranja/isplate 30 posto godišnjeg iznosa poreza na korištenje javnih površina utvrđenog izdanim Rješenjem o razrezu poreza za 2021. godinu.

Ipak, oporbeni SDP, referirajući se na sjednicu Gradskog vijeća, poručio je kako je iz svega vidljiv stav vladajućih prema malim iznajmljivačima iz Vodica, odnosno da je u tijeku tiha eutanazija tog sektora. 

"Danas sam za sjednici pripremio analizu stanja malih iznajmljivača, te sam htio jednom glasno progovoriti o nepravdi prema našim sugrađanima koji se bave iznajmljivanjem svojih objekata. Sama činjenica da su ti isti mali iznajmljivači kroz posljednjih 30 godina uplatili silne milijune u proračun grada i turističke zajednice kroz raznorazna davanja, a danas, kad je kriza i neizvjesnost zahvatila upravo njih, su zaboravljeni i prepušteni sami sebi. 

Tako u proračunu za 2021. godinu nije osigurana ni jedna lipa za pomoć tog sektora, ali se primjerice za svoje plaće izdvaja nikad više čak 18 milijuna kuna - za njih krize nema! Upravo zato uputili smo Amandman na proračun na prošloj sjednici kako bi se malim iznajmljivačima pomoglo u pripremi svojih objekata, a radi se o ukupno iznosu od 2 milijuna kuna, dakle gotovo 9 puta manje nego što su oni osigurali sebi za svoje unosne plaće. Kad uzmemo u obzir da ova mjera obuhvaća preko 700 naših sugrađana, te da novca za nju mora biti tako da se malo racionalizira rad gradske uprave, onda smo još više razočarani ovakvom odlukom.  

Tada je Amandman odbijen uz obrazloženje da prijedlog nije loš, ali da će se po potrebi u prvom sljedećem rebalansu ubaciti taj prijedlog. Evo danas je bio rebalans i opet kako se po narodnu kaže, „šipak“", napisao je u priopćenju Marko Udovičić, prvi čovjek SDP-a Vodice.

Gradsko vijeća Vodica na današnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća odlučilo je o produljenju mjera potpore gospodarstvu tijekom korona-krize te o ukidanju prireza, prenosi portal InfoVodice.

Do 31. srpnja tako će se produljiti isplata potpora male vrijednosti za obveznike poreza na potrošnju koji obavljaju gospodarsku djelatnost u iznosu 50 posto ostvarenog poreza na potrošnju za mjesece siječanj, veljaču, ožujak, travanj, svibanj i lipanj 2021. godine.

Za obveznike komunalne naknade koji obavljaju gospodarsku djelatnost produljuje se do kraja srpnja potpora u visini 50 posto iznosa komunalne naknade za mjesece siječanj, veljaču, ožujak, travanj, svibanj i lipanj 2021. godine utvrđenog Rješenjem o utvrđivanju komunalne naknade, isključivo za obveznike kojima se komunalna naknada utvrđuje za svih 12 mjeseci.

Obrtima i trgovačkim društvima koji obavljaju gospodarsku djelatnost na području Grada Vodica, a kojima se porez na korištenje javnih površina na području Grada Vodica utvrđuje za svih 12 mjeseci, produljuje se potpora u obliku refundiranja/isplate 30 posto godišnjeg iznosa poreza na korištenje javnih površina utvrđenog izdanim Rješenjem o razrezu poreza za 2021. godinu.

Ipak, oporbeni SDP, referirajući se na sjednicu Gradskog vijeća, poručio je kako je iz svega vidljiv stav vladajućih prema malim iznajmljivačima iz Vodica, odnosno da je u tijeku tiha eutanazija tog sektora. 

"Danas sam za sjednici pripremio analizu stanja malih iznajmljivača, te sam htio jednom glasno progovoriti o nepravdi prema našim sugrađanima koji se bave iznajmljivanjem svojih objekata. Sama činjenica da su ti isti mali iznajmljivači kroz posljednjih 30 godina uplatili silne milijune u proračun grada i turističke zajednice kroz raznorazna davanja, a danas, kad je kriza i neizvjesnost zahvatila upravo njih, su zaboravljeni i prepušteni sami sebi. 

Tako u proračunu za 2021. godinu nije osigurana ni jedna lipa za pomoć tog sektora, ali se primjerice za svoje plaće izdvaja nikad više čak 18 milijuna kuna - za njih krize nema! Upravo zato uputili smo Amandman na proračun na prošloj sjednici kako bi se malim iznajmljivačima pomoglo u pripremi svojih objekata, a radi se o ukupno iznosu od 2 milijuna kuna, dakle gotovo 9 puta manje nego što su oni osigurali sebi za svoje unosne plaće. Kad uzmemo u obzir da ova mjera obuhvaća preko 700 naših sugrađana, te da novca za nju mora biti tako da se malo racionalizira rad gradske uprave, onda smo još više razočarani ovakvom odlukom.  

Tada je Amandman odbijen uz obrazloženje da prijedlog nije loš, ali da će se po potrebi u prvom sljedećem rebalansu ubaciti taj prijedlog. Evo danas je bio rebalans i opet kako se po narodnu kaže, „šipak“", napisao je u priopćenju Marko Udovičić, prvi čovjek SDP-a Vodice.

Vodice ukinule prirez i produžile mjere pomoći za poduzetnike, SDP ogorčen zbog malih iznajmljivača: Oni su dobili ‘šipak‘!

Gradsko vijeća Vodica na današnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća odlučilo je o produljenju mjera potpore gospodarstvu tijekom korona-krize te o ukidanju prireza, prenosi portal InfoVodice.

Do 31. srpnja tako će se produljiti isplata potpora male vrijednosti za obveznike poreza na potrošnju koji obavljaju gospodarsku djelatnost u iznosu 50 posto ostvarenog poreza na potrošnju za mjesece siječanj, veljaču, ožujak, travanj, svibanj i lipanj 2021. godine.

Za obveznike komunalne naknade koji obavljaju gospodarsku djelatnost produljuje se do kraja srpnja potpora u visini 50 posto iznosa komunalne naknade za mjesece siječanj, veljaču, ožujak, travanj, svibanj i lipanj 2021. godine utvrđenog Rješenjem o utvrđivanju komunalne naknade, isključivo za obveznike kojima se komunalna naknada utvrđuje za svih 12 mjeseci.

Obrtima i trgovačkim društvima koji obavljaju gospodarsku djelatnost na području Grada Vodica, a kojima se porez na korištenje javnih površina na području Grada Vodica utvrđuje za svih 12 mjeseci, produljuje se potpora u obliku refundiranja/isplate 30 posto godišnjeg iznosa poreza na korištenje javnih površina utvrđenog izdanim Rješenjem o razrezu poreza za 2021. godinu.

Ipak, oporbeni SDP, referirajući se na sjednicu Gradskog vijeća, poručio je kako je iz svega vidljiv stav vladajućih prema malim iznajmljivačima iz Vodica, odnosno da je u tijeku tiha eutanazija tog sektora. 

"Danas sam za sjednici pripremio analizu stanja malih iznajmljivača, te sam htio jednom glasno progovoriti o nepravdi prema našim sugrađanima koji se bave iznajmljivanjem svojih objekata. Sama činjenica da su ti isti mali iznajmljivači kroz posljednjih 30 godina uplatili silne milijune u proračun grada i turističke zajednice kroz raznorazna davanja, a danas, kad je kriza i neizvjesnost zahvatila upravo njih, su zaboravljeni i prepušteni sami sebi. 

Tako u proračunu za 2021. godinu nije osigurana ni jedna lipa za pomoć tog sektora, ali se primjerice za svoje plaće izdvaja nikad više čak 18 milijuna kuna - za njih krize nema! Upravo zato uputili smo Amandman na proračun na prošloj sjednici kako bi se malim iznajmljivačima pomoglo u pripremi svojih objekata, a radi se o ukupno iznosu od 2 milijuna kuna, dakle gotovo 9 puta manje nego što su oni osigurali sebi za svoje unosne plaće. Kad uzmemo u obzir da ova mjera obuhvaća preko 700 naših sugrađana, te da novca za nju mora biti tako da se malo racionalizira rad gradske uprave, onda smo još više razočarani ovakvom odlukom.  

Tada je Amandman odbijen uz obrazloženje da prijedlog nije loš, ali da će se po potrebi u prvom sljedećem rebalansu ubaciti taj prijedlog. Evo danas je bio rebalans i opet kako se po narodnu kaže, „šipak“", napisao je u priopćenju Marko Udovičić, prvi čovjek SDP-a Vodice.
