Znanje je moć. Šibenik će za otprilike godinu dana, u centru grada, dobiti još jedan sadržaj – Regionalni centar kompetencija u strojarstvu “Ars Mehanica”. Riječ je o projektu vrijednom više o 30 milijuna kuna, financiranom iz EU fonda za regionalni razvoj, u 100-postotnom iznosu, čiji je nositelj Industrijsko-obrtnička škola Šibenik, a partneri su joj još jedna obrazovna ustanova, Tehnička škola Šibenik, i Šibensko-kninska županija. Bit će tu čitav niz praktikuma, odnosno radionica, učionica i kabineta, sve u jednom, za brodomehaniku, automehatroniku i dijagnostiku, autooptiku i vulkanizerstvo, autolimariju i bravariju, kućne instalacije, pneumatiku, hidrauliku i mehatroniku, ispitivanje materijala, zavarivanje i učionicu multimedija.

No to nije sve, reklo bi se, nego će ova ustanova pokrivati tri dalmatinske županije – osim šibenske, još i splitsku i dubrovačku – a sve to zahvaljujući tome što je još 2018. godine Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja baš Industrijsko-obrtničku školu Šibenik, na temelju njezinih rezultata, imenovalo Regionalnim centrom kompetentnosti u strukovnom obrazovanju u sektoru strojarstva.

Odatle je i krenuo cijeli ovaj sjajni projekt – od kvalitete škole i njezina nastavno-profesorskog kadra. Ali ni to nije sve, ima još – ova je škola od 2014. godine, otkako postoji Erasmus+ projekt, povukla gotovo milijun i pol eura bespovratnih sredstava za svoje projekte, pa njihovi učenici idu po Europi, na stručnu praksu, usavršavanje, razmjene sa školama i tvrtkama iz Francuske, Španjolske, Njemačke i Austrije. Samo u svibnju ove godine povukla je drugi najveći iznos u državi za Erasmus+ projekt, čak 224.770 eura. A povući će sasvim sigurno i još jer je proračun ovog EU programa za obrazovanje, osposobljavanje, mlade i sport za razdoblje 2021. – 2027. godine veći od 26 milijardi eura. Ili dvostruko više nego ovaj od 2014. do 2020., iz kojeg su se vrijedni Šibenčani sasvim lijepo pomogli.

Da stvar bude ljepša, budući se Centar nalazi točno preko puta šibenske Industrijsko-obrtničke škole, odnosno preko ceste zahvaljujući kojoj je i nastao – tehnološke ceste.

Njezin spoj sa šibenskom Lukom bio je jedan od najvećih infrastrukturnih radova u šibenskoj novijoj povijesti, vrijedan 50-ak milijuna kuna, koji je počeo kao HDZ-ov predizborni projekt 2007. godine. Financirao ga je Božidar Kalmeta, preko Hrvatskih cesta, dok je župan bio Duje Stančić, a gradonačelnica Neda Klarić. Ivan Ninić, tada glavni šibenski opozicionar, javno je govorio da od svega toga neće biti ništa – bio je to tada, u vrijemenu bez EU fondova, golem i skup projekt – i da će se bageri povući čim prođu izbori.

No ne samo da se napravila, i to na terenu HŽ-a, koji je i onda i sada bio država u državi, nego je, umjesto da se iskopani materijal upotrijebi za nasip, odabrano rješenje da se umjesto nasipanja iznad prometnice uredi galerija i pješački nathodnik, svojevrsni šibenski Importane. Koji su, s obzirom da je, svih ovih 15 godina, zvrljio prazan i zapušten, građani posprdno zvali Zatrpane.

No nije svako zlo za zlo, jer se danas vidi da je zapravo sreća što se, pored brojnih neiskorištenih poduzetničkih prostora u centru grada, u njemu nisu, proračunskim novcem, novcem građana, uređivali novi ili što se u – ili na – njega nije preselila gradska tržnica, što je također bila jedna od ideja koja se gurala u javni prostor. Ovo danas je ispalo ne puno bolje, nego – najbolje. Ne Ars Mehanica, nego Ars Poetica!

Znanje je moć. Šibenik će za otprilike godinu dana, u centru grada, dobiti još jedan sadržaj – Regionalni centar kompetencija u strojarstvu “Ars Mehanica”. Bit će tu čitav niz praktikuma, odnosno radionica, učionica i kabineta, sve u jednom, za brodomehaniku, automehatroniku i dijagnostiku, autooptiku i vulkanizerstvo, autolimariju i bravariju, kućne instalacije, pneumatiku, hidrauliku i mehatroniku, ispitivanje materijala, zavarivanje i učionicu multimedija.

No to nije sve, reklo bi se, nego će ova ustanova pokrivati tri dalmatinske županije – osim šibenske, još i splitsku i dubrovačku – a sve to zahvaljujući tome što je još 2018. godine Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja baš Industrijsko-obrtničku školu Šibenik, na temelju njezinih rezultata, imenovalo Regionalnim centrom kompetentnosti u strukovnom obrazovanju u sektoru strojarstva.

Odatle je i krenuo cijeli ovaj sjajni projekt – od kvalitete škole i njezina nastavno-profesorskog kadra. Ali ni to nije sve, ima još – ova je škola od 2014. godine, otkako postoji Erasmus+ projekt, povukla gotovo milijun i pol eura bespovratnih sredstava za svoje projekte, pa njihovi učenici idu po Europi, na stručnu praksu, usavršavanje, razmjene sa školama i tvrtkama iz Francuske, Španjolske, Njemačke i Austrije. Samo u svibnju ove godine povukla je drugi najveći iznos u državi za Erasmus+ projekt, čak 224.770 eura. A povući će sasvim sigurno i još jer je proračun ovog EU programa za obrazovanje, osposobljavanje, mlade i sport za razdoblje 2021. – 2027. godine veći od 26 milijardi eura. Ili dvostruko više nego ovaj od 2014. do 2020., iz kojeg su se vrijedni Šibenčani sasvim lijepo pomogli.

Da stvar bude ljepša, budući se Centar nalazi točno preko puta šibenske Industrijsko-obrtničke škole, odnosno preko ceste zahvaljujući kojoj je i nastao – tehnološke ceste.

Njezin spoj sa šibenskom Lukom bio je jedan od najvećih infrastrukturnih radova u šibenskoj novijoj povijesti, vrijedan 50-ak milijuna kuna, koji je počeo kao HDZ-ov predizborni projekt 2007. godine. Financirao ga je Božidar Kalmeta, preko Hrvatskih cesta, dok je župan bio Duje Stančić, a gradonačelnica Neda Klarić. Ivan Ninić, tada glavni šibenski opozicionar, javno je govorio da od svega toga neće biti ništa – bio je to tada, u vrijemenu bez EU fondova, golem i skup projekt – i da će se bageri povući čim prođu izbori.

No ne samo da se napravila, i to na terenu HŽ-a, koji je i onda i sada bio država u državi, nego je, umjesto da se iskopani materijal upotrijebi za nasip, odabrano rješenje da se umjesto nasipanja iznad prometnice uredi galerija i pješački nathodnik, svojevrsni šibenski Importane. Koji su, s obzirom da je, svih ovih 15 godina, zvrljio prazan i zapušten, građani posprdno zvali Zatrpane.

No nije svako zlo za zlo, jer se danas vidi da je zapravo sreća što se, pored brojnih neiskorištenih poduzetničkih prostora u centru grada, u njemu nisu, proračunskim novcem, novcem građana, uređivali novi ili što se u – ili na – njega nije preselila gradska tržnica, što je također bila jedna od ideja koja se gurala u javni prostor. Ovo danas je ispalo ne puno bolje, nego – najbolje. Ne Ars Mehanica, nego Ars Poetica!

Znanje je moć. Šibenik će za otprilike godinu dana, u centru grada, dobiti još jedan sadržaj – Regionalni centar kompetencija u strojarstvu “Ars Mehanica”. Riječ je o projektu vrijednom više o 30 milijuna kuna, financiranom iz EU fonda za regionalni razvoj, u 100-postotnom iznosu, čiji je nositelj Industrijsko-obrtnička škola Šibenik, a partneri su joj još jedna obrazovna ustanova, Tehnička škola Šibenik, i Šibensko-kninska županija.
