Kada bi Poljanom krenula prva prava jesensko – zimska bura, a to je uvijek bilo nekako oko Svete Kate i kraja mjeseca studenog, na njoj bi se obavezno pojavili kestenjari. Ili što bi se po šibenski reklo, marunjeri, koji su se grijali iza svoje peći na drva ili ugljen, na kojima bi se pekli slasni, tamni maruni koji su u ovo doba godine išli ko ludi. Iako nikad nisu bili jeftini! Ali, za malu pinjatu uvik bi se našlo. Još dok su radila kina, odlazak u mrak Tesle, Šibenika ili Odeona, odnosno ‘Kina 20. april‘ bio je nezamisliv bez škartoca maruna, uz uobičajeni asortiman kikiriki, sjemenke, zanimacija. Zbog špica se pljucalo sve u šesnaest!

I zbog te jesenske nostalgije, šibenski je ugostitelj Tomislav Biluš Beli došao na ideju da te ‘slike iz djetinjstva‘ kojih na Poljani više nema oživi ispred svog Vintage bara. Naoružao se sa 120 kilograma kestena i upriličio za Šibenčane kestenijadu koja će trajati – dokle? Dok se svih 120 kilograma na potroše!

‘Krećemo u petak, oko 17 sati, peći ćemo ih na plinu, ispred Vintage bara, a nekih desetak kilograma smo ubrali sami ja i supruga mi Tina – (poznata šibenska turistička vodičica) – u Samoboru, na dnevnu dozvolu koju smo izvadili u Hrvatskih šuma. To su malo sitniji, ali iznimno slatki domaći, naši hrvatski maruni, nabavili smo ih nešto i iz Karlovca, ali su puno ukusniji nego ovi krupni, uvozni iz trgovačkih centara. Uostalom, tko dođe, moći će se u to i sam uvjeriti‘ – kazao nam je Biluš. Naravno, osim kestena, kroz ovaj vikend na kestenijadi će biti i žive glazbe, koktela, prigodne jesenske spize, zimskih sendviča s buncekom i tingulom. U svakom slučaju, malo života i živosti u starom gradu prije početka Adventure neće biti na odmet!

Kada bi Poljanom krenula prva prava jesensko – zimska bura, a to je uvijek bilo nekako oko Svete Kate i kraja mjeseca studenog, na njoj bi se obavezno pojavili kestenjari. Ili što bi se po šibenski reklo, marunjeri, koji su se grijali iza svoje peći na drva ili ugljen, na kojima bi se pekli slasni, tamni maruni koji su u ovo doba godine išli ko ludi. Iako nikad nisu bili jeftini! Ali, za malu pinjatu uvik bi se našlo. Još dok su radila kina, odlazak u mrak Tesle, Šibenika ili Odeona, odnosno ‘Kina 20. april‘ bio je nezamisliv bez škartoca maruna, uz uobičajeni asortiman kikiriki, sjemenke, zanimacija. Zbog špica se pljucalo sve u šesnaest!

I zbog te jesenske nostalgije, šibenski je ugostitelj Tomislav Biluš Beli došao na ideju da te ‘slike iz djetinjstva‘ kojih na Poljani više nema oživi ispred svog Vintage bara. Naoružao se sa 120 kilograma kestena i upriličio za Šibenčane kestenijadu koja će trajati – dokle? Dok se svih 120 kilograma na potroše!

‘Krećemo u petak, oko 17 sati, peći ćemo ih na plinu, ispred Vintage bara, a nekih desetak kilograma smo ubrali sami ja i supruga mi Tina – (poznata šibenska turistička vodičica) – u Samoboru, na dnevnu dozvolu koju smo izvadili u Hrvatskih šuma. To su malo sitniji, ali iznimno slatki domaći, naši hrvatski maruni, nabavili smo ih nešto i iz Karlovca, ali su puno ukusniji nego ovi krupni, uvozni iz trgovačkih centara. Uostalom, tko dođe, moći će se u to i sam uvjeriti‘ – kazao nam je Biluš. Naravno, osim kestena, kroz ovaj vikend na kestenijadi će biti i žive glazbe, koktela, prigodne jesenske spize, zimskih sendviča s buncekom i tingulom. U svakom slučaju, malo života i živosti u starom gradu prije početka Adventure neće biti na odmet!

Kada bi Poljanom krenula prva prava jesensko – zimska bura, a to je uvijek bilo nekako oko Svete Kate i kraja mjeseca studenog, na njoj bi se obavezno pojavili kestenjari. Ili što bi se po šibenski reklo, marunjeri, koji su se grijali iza svoje peći na drva ili ugljen, na kojima bi se pekli slasni, tamni maruni koji su u ovo doba godine išli ko ludi. Iako nikad nisu bili jeftini! Ali, za malu pinjatu uvik bi se našlo. Još dok su radila kina, odlazak u mrak Tesle, Šibenika ili Odeona, odnosno ‘Kina 20. april‘ bio je nezamisliv bez škartoca maruna, uz uobičajeni asortiman kikiriki, sjemenke, zanimacija. Zbog špica se pljucalo sve u šesnaest!

I zbog te jesenske nostalgije, šibenski je ugostitelj Tomislav Biluš Beli došao na ideju da te ‘slike iz djetinjstva‘ kojih na Poljani više nema oživi ispred svog Vintage bara. Naoružao se sa 120 kilograma kestena i upriličio za Šibenčane kestenijadu koja će trajati – dokle? Dok se svih 120 kilograma na potroše!

‘Krećemo u petak, oko 17 sati, peći ćemo ih na plinu, ispred Vintage bara, a nekih desetak kilograma smo ubrali sami ja i supruga mi Tina – (poznata šibenska turistička vodičica) – u Samoboru, na dnevnu dozvolu koju smo izvadili u Hrvatskih šuma. To su malo sitniji, ali iznimno slatki domaći, naši hrvatski maruni, nabavili smo ih nešto i iz Karlovca, ali su puno ukusniji nego ovi krupni, uvozni iz trgovačkih centara. Uostalom, tko dođe, moći će se u to i sam uvjeriti‘ – kazao nam je Biluš. Naravno, osim kestena, kroz ovaj vikend na kestenijadi će biti i žive glazbe, koktela, prigodne jesenske spize, zimskih sendviča s buncekom i tingulom. U svakom slučaju, malo života i živosti u starom gradu prije početka Adventure neće biti na odmet!
