Umro je Ivica Osim, sarajevski Strauss ili Švabo, kako su sve znali zvati nogometaša neviđenih tehničkih sposobnosti i uspješnog izbornika reprezentacije bivše države.

Otkud Osim u stalnoj sportskoj rubrici Šibenskog lista? To će pitanje vjerojatno postavljati mlađi čitatelji ili oni stariji, koji imaju selektivno pamćenje. Oni koji ne znaju da u Vodicama i Šibeniku nemalo žale za nogometnom legendom koja je u svojoj uspješnoj karijeri bila emotivno silno vezana uz šibenski kraj, posebice uz Vodice.

Godinama su trajala njegova vodička ljetovanja i druženja s fetivim Vodičanima, poput jednako pokojnog Pere Pelajića, dugogodišnjeg direktora Turističke zajednice Vodica. Da ne govorimo o prijateljstvu s uspješnim europskim menadžerom Ljubom Barinom (odradio je transfere Sušića, Šurjaka…), silno zaljubljenim u rodnu Prvić Luku, koji je nerijetko uskakao s (ne)vraćenim pozajmicama i premijama za nogometaše Šibenika, dok su vodili žestoke bitke u ondašnjoj Drugoj saveznoj ligi.

Barin nam je pomogao i da prekinemo silenzio stampa, na što se Ivica Osim odlučio poslije Svjetskog nogometnog prvenstva u Italiji, zadnjeg na kojemu je nastupila reprezentacija bivše države. Osim se za prekid komunikacije sa svim novinarima iz bivše države odlučio zbog neobjektivnog pisanja, ali i, što kriti, nerijetkog bojkota reprezentacije, koja je "pucala" od nadarenih igrača.

No na ručku u Prvić Luci, na kojemu je Barin počastio Osima ne samo oboritom ribom, nego i šibenskom pismom milom, simpatični Sarajlija zanemario je činjenicu da je voditelj klape istodobno i novinar Slobodne Dalmacije, pa se raspričao o Italiji i reprezentaciji do mile volje. Nemalo se ljutio kad smo mu poslije ručka kazali kako će sve što je rekao osvanuti u "Slobodnoj". Smirio se tek kad je nakon dva dana pročitao da smo u razgovoru dosljedno slijedili njegove temeljne (taktičke) zamisli. Među inim, i tezu: "Opet bih dao priliku Zlatku Vujoviću, a ne Slaviši Biniću." Uz obrazloženje koje i danas može koristiti ne samo treneru Šibenika, nego i gotovo svim hrvatskim stručnjacima.

– U suvremenom nogometu ne može egzistirati napadač koji zanemaruje defenzivne zadaće. A tu je Splićanin Vujović, za razliku od zvezdaša Binića, veliki profesionalac – obrazložio nam je Osim.

Ništa drugačiji nije bio razgovor dobrih poznanika kad smo rame uz rame prije 12 godine na Šubićevcu gledali finale Kupa Hrvatske Šibenik – Hajduk (0:2).

– Ademi je igrač budućnosti. Sviđa mi se i onaj mali žuti (op.p. Husmani), koji je silno uporan u destrukciji protivničke igre – komentirao je Osim već poslije tridesetak minuta dalmatinskog nadmetanja.

Nije samo Osimova svojevrsna zaljubljenost u Vodice, Prvić Luku i Šubićevac razlog što naše retke darujemo uspomeni na velikog Sarajliju.

– Trener Branko Karačić složio je momčad po zanatu. Dao je precizne uloge svakom nogometašu – kazao nam je onomad Osim.

Voljeli bismo da se, služeći se i Osimovim kriterijem, novi čelnici Šubićevca u izboru igrača i trenera koriste Karačićevim metodama, koje su i danas aktualne u suvremenom nogometu. Uostalom, one su provjerene i u jedinim službenim šibenskim pobjedama u Europi. Na Malti (Sliema – Šibenik 0:3) i Cipru (Anorthosis – Šibenik 0:2).

Umro je Ivica Osim, sarajevski Strauss ili Švabo, kako su sve znali zvati nogometaša neviđenih tehničkih sposobnosti i uspješnog izbornika reprezentacije bivše države.

Otkud Osim u stalnoj sportskoj rubrici Šibenskog lista? To će pitanje vjerojatno postavljati mlađi čitatelji ili oni stariji, koji imaju selektivno pamćenje. Oni koji ne znaju da u Vodicama i Šibeniku nemalo žale za nogometnom legendom koja je u svojoj uspješnoj karijeri bila emotivno silno vezana uz šibenski kraj, posebice uz Vodice.

Godinama su trajala njegova vodička ljetovanja i druženja s fetivim Vodičanima, poput jednako pokojnog Pere Pelajića, dugogodišnjeg direktora Turističke zajednice Vodica. Da ne govorimo o prijateljstvu s uspješnim europskim menadžerom Ljubom Barinom (odradio je transfere Sušića, Šurjaka…), silno zaljubljenim u rodnu Prvić Luku, koji je nerijetko uskakao s (ne)vraćenim pozajmicama i premijama za nogometaše Šibenika, dok su vodili žestoke bitke u ondašnjoj Drugoj saveznoj ligi.

Barin nam je pomogao i da prekinemo silenzio stampa, na što se Ivica Osim odlučio poslije Svjetskog nogometnog prvenstva u Italiji, zadnjeg na kojemu je nastupila reprezentacija bivše države. Osim se za prekid komunikacije sa svim novinarima iz bivše države odlučio zbog neobjektivnog pisanja, ali i, što kriti, nerijetkog bojkota reprezentacije, koja je "pucala" od nadarenih igrača.

No na ručku u Prvić Luci, na kojemu je Barin počastio Osima ne samo oboritom ribom, nego i šibenskom pismom milom, simpatični Sarajlija zanemario je činjenicu da je voditelj klape istodobno i novinar Slobodne Dalmacije, pa se raspričao o Italiji i reprezentaciji do mile volje. Nemalo se ljutio kad smo mu poslije ručka kazali kako će sve što je rekao osvanuti u "Slobodnoj". Smirio se tek kad je nakon dva dana pročitao da smo u razgovoru dosljedno slijedili njegove temeljne (taktičke) zamisli. Među inim, i tezu: "Opet bih dao priliku Zlatku Vujoviću, a ne Slaviši Biniću." Uz obrazloženje koje i danas može koristiti ne samo treneru Šibenika, nego i gotovo svim hrvatskim stručnjacima.

– U suvremenom nogometu ne može egzistirati napadač koji zanemaruje defenzivne zadaće. A tu je Splićanin Vujović, za razliku od zvezdaša Binića, veliki profesionalac – obrazložio nam je Osim.

Ništa drugačiji nije bio razgovor dobrih poznanika kad smo rame uz rame prije 12 godine na Šubićevcu gledali finale Kupa Hrvatske Šibenik – Hajduk (0:2).

– Ademi je igrač budućnosti. Sviđa mi se i onaj mali žuti (op.p. Husmani), koji je silno uporan u destrukciji protivničke igre – komentirao je Osim već poslije tridesetak minuta dalmatinskog nadmetanja.

Nije samo Osimova svojevrsna zaljubljenost u Vodice, Prvić Luku i Šubićevac razlog što naše retke darujemo uspomeni na velikog Sarajliju.

– Trener Branko Karačić složio je momčad po zanatu. Dao je precizne uloge svakom nogometašu – kazao nam je onomad Osim.

Voljeli bismo da se, služeći se i Osimovim kriterijem, novi čelnici Šubićevca u izboru igrača i trenera koriste Karačićevim metodama, koje su i danas aktualne u suvremenom nogometu. Uostalom, one su provjerene i u jedinim službenim šibenskim pobjedama u Europi. Na Malti (Sliema – Šibenik 0:3) i Cipru (Anorthosis – Šibenik 0:2).

Otišao je sarajevski Strauss, veliki Ivica Osim: znate li za vezu nogometnog genija s Vodicama, Prvićem i Šubićevcom?

Umro je Ivica Osim, sarajevski Strauss ili Švabo, kako su sve znali zvati nogometaša neviđenih tehničkih sposobnosti i uspješnog izbornika reprezentacije bivše države.

Otkud Osim u stalnoj sportskoj rubrici Šibenskog lista? To će pitanje vjerojatno postavljati mlađi čitatelji ili oni stariji, koji imaju selektivno pamćenje. Oni koji ne znaju da u Vodicama i Šibeniku nemalo žale za nogometnom legendom koja je u svojoj uspješnoj karijeri bila emotivno silno vezana uz šibenski kraj, posebice uz Vodice.

Godinama su trajala njegova vodička ljetovanja i druženja s fetivim Vodičanima, poput jednako pokojnog Pere Pelajića, dugogodišnjeg direktora Turističke zajednice Vodica. Da ne govorimo o prijateljstvu s uspješnim europskim menadžerom Ljubom Barinom (odradio je transfere Sušića, Šurjaka…), silno zaljubljenim u rodnu Prvić Luku, koji je nerijetko uskakao s (ne)vraćenim pozajmicama i premijama za nogometaše Šibenika, dok su vodili žestoke bitke u ondašnjoj Drugoj saveznoj ligi.

Barin nam je pomogao i da prekinemo silenzio stampa, na što se Ivica Osim odlučio poslije Svjetskog nogometnog prvenstva u Italiji, zadnjeg na kojemu je nastupila reprezentacija bivše države. Osim se za prekid komunikacije sa svim novinarima iz bivše države odlučio zbog neobjektivnog pisanja, ali i, što kriti, nerijetkog bojkota reprezentacije, koja je "pucala" od nadarenih igrača.
