Premda je u četvrtak u 15 sati istekao rok za podnošenje ponuda za kupnju 54,77 posto udjela u Uljanik Brodogradnji 1856, još uvijek službeno nije poznato da li je stigla konkretna ponuda, ali neslužbenih naznaka za to ipak ima.
"Razumijem interes javnosti, no u ovom trenutku nisam u mogućnosti dati bilo kakvu informaciju o tome. Tek ćemo danas utvrditi stanje, komisija će odraditi svoj dio posla, postupak je u tijeku", izjavio je kratko za Hinu stečajni upravitelj Loris Rak.
Neslužbeno se doznaje da su "neke kuverte s ponudama stigle", ali više detalja o tome tko ih je poslao trebalo bi se znati tek idućih dana. S druge strane, pojedini mediji nagađaju, a nepotvrđene glasine idu u pravcu, da je stigao jedan iskaz interesa i to od već poznatog zainteresiranog ulagača, češke grupacije CE Industries. Pretpostavlja se da će tijekom dana biti utvrđeni rokovi u kojima će potencijalni kupci steći pravo dubinskog snimanja (tzv. due dilligence) Uljanik Brodogradnje 1856.
"Još uvijek ne raspolažem nikakvom službenom informacijom. Uostalom, ja predstavljam upravu društva čiji se udjeli prodaju", rekao je za Hinu direktor Uljanik Brodogradnje 18576 Samir Hadžić.
Do sada je interes za kupnju 54,77 udjela u Uljanik Brodogradnji 1856 iskazala samo tvrtka CE Industries iz Češke, a cijena po kojoj je ponuđen većinski paket dionica Uljanik Brodogradnje 1856 je 27,6 milijuna eura. U slučaju da nije bilo iskaza interesa, za očekivati je da bi vrlo brzo trebao biti oglašen drugi krug pokušaja prodaje u kojem se, prema odluci Skupštine vjerovnika, početna cijena umanjuje za 10 posto.
Na Skupštini održanoj 16. siječnja ove godine odlučeno da će se budući vlasnik Uljanik Brodogradnje 1856 ipak potražiti putem međunarodnog natječaja, čime je odbačena tadašnja ponuda češkog ulagača, grupe CE Industries koja je nudila obvezujuću ponudu od 155 milijuna kuna i još najmanje 75 milijuna kuna dodatnog kapitala da bi se pokrilo nastale gubitke i stabilizirao poslovanje Uljanika 1856.
Zamjenica županijskog državnog odvjetnika Nevenka Kovčalija tada je rekla kako se time otvara prilika da se u proces kupnje uključe i ostali zainteresirani ulagači te dodala da će se od ponuđača tražiti da potpišu izjavu kako će se u Uljaniku zadržati brodograđevna djelatnost.
Riječ je o drugom pokušaju prodaje Uljanik Brodogradnje 1856, čiji je većinski vlasnik Uljanik Brodogradilište u stečaju, nakon što je država kao najveći vjerovnik u prosincu tražila odgodu rasprave o prodaji. Država, koja ima prevladavajuću ulogu u Skupštini vjerovnika Uljanik Brodogradilišta u stečaju, još je u ljeto prošle godine odlučila da će se 54,77 posto udjela u Uljaniku prodavati kroz javni poziv, za početnu cijenu ne manju od 208,3 milijuna kuna. Potom je u rujnu stečajni upravitelj Loris Rak govorio da ima interesa kod potencijalnih domaćih i inozemnih ulagača. Bilo je sve pripremljeno da se krene u raspis natječaja, a onda je sve stalo zbog ponude češke grupe.

Premda je u četvrtak u 15 sati istekao rok za podnošenje ponuda za kupnju 54,77 posto udjela u Uljanik Brodogradnji 1856, još uvijek službeno nije poznato da li je stigla konkretna ponuda, ali neslužbenih naznaka za to ipak ima.
"Razumijem interes javnosti, no u ovom trenutku nisam u mogućnosti dati bilo kakvu informaciju o tome. Tek ćemo danas utvrditi stanje, komisija će odraditi svoj dio posla, postupak je u tijeku", izjavio je kratko za Hinu stečajni upravitelj Loris Rak.
Neslužbeno se doznaje da su "neke kuverte s ponudama stigle", ali više detalja o tome tko ih je poslao trebalo bi se znati tek idućih dana. S druge strane, pojedini mediji nagađaju, a nepotvrđene glasine idu u pravcu, da je stigao jedan iskaz interesa i to od već poznatog zainteresiranog ulagača, češke grupacije CE Industries. Pretpostavlja se da će tijekom dana biti utvrđeni rokovi u kojima će potencijalni kupci steći pravo dubinskog snimanja (tzv. due dilligence) Uljanik Brodogradnje 1856.
"Još uvijek ne raspolažem nikakvom službenom informacijom. Uostalom, ja predstavljam upravu društva čiji se udjeli prodaju", rekao je za Hinu direktor Uljanik Brodogradnje 18576 Samir Hadžić.
Do sada je interes za kupnju 54,77 udjela u Uljanik Brodogradnji 1856 iskazala samo tvrtka CE Industries iz Češke, a cijena po kojoj je ponuđen većinski paket dionica Uljanik Brodogradnje 1856 je 27,6 milijuna eura. U slučaju da nije bilo iskaza interesa, za očekivati je da bi vrlo brzo trebao biti oglašen drugi krug pokušaja prodaje u kojem se, prema odluci Skupštine vjerovnika, početna cijena umanjuje za 10 posto.
Na Skupštini održanoj 16. siječnja ove godine odlučeno da će se budući vlasnik Uljanik Brodogradnje 1856 ipak potražiti putem međunarodnog natječaja, čime je odbačena tadašnja ponuda češkog ulagača, grupe CE Industries koja je nudila obvezujuću ponudu od 155 milijuna kuna i još najmanje 75 milijuna kuna dodatnog kapitala da bi se pokrilo nastale gubitke i stabilizirao poslovanje Uljanika 1856.
Zamjenica županijskog državnog odvjetnika Nevenka Kovčalija tada je rekla kako se time otvara prilika da se u proces kupnje uključe i ostali zainteresirani ulagači te dodala da će se od ponuđača tražiti da potpišu izjavu kako će se u Uljaniku zadržati brodograđevna djelatnost.
Riječ je o drugom pokušaju prodaje Uljanik Brodogradnje 1856, čiji je većinski vlasnik Uljanik Brodogradilište u stečaju, nakon što je država kao najveći vjerovnik u prosincu tražila odgodu rasprave o prodaji. Država, koja ima prevladavajuću ulogu u Skupštini vjerovnika Uljanik Brodogradilišta u stečaju, još je u ljeto prošle godine odlučila da će se 54,77 posto udjela u Uljaniku prodavati kroz javni poziv, za početnu cijenu ne manju od 208,3 milijuna kuna. Potom je u rujnu stečajni upravitelj Loris Rak govorio da ima interesa kod potencijalnih domaćih i inozemnih ulagača. Bilo je sve pripremljeno da se krene u raspis natječaja, a onda je sve stalo zbog ponude češke grupe.
