Indonezijsko ministarstvo ribarstva pokrenulo je mjesečni program plaćanja ribarima za skupljanje plastičnog otpada iz mora. Inicijativa je dio širih napora da se plastično onečišćenje mora u Indoneziji smanji za 70 posto do 2025. Ova zemlja najviše pridonosi krizi plastičnog otpada u oceanu, prenosi Green.hr.

Indonezijska vlada pokrenula je program koji će plaćati tisuće lokalnih ribara da skupljaju plastični otpad iz mora. Ministarstvo mora i ribarstva priopćilo je da je u proračunu izdvojilo 1,03 milijarde rupija (više od 500 tisuća kuna) za plaćanje 1.721 ribara diljem arhipelaga za plastično smeće koje će svakodnevno skupljati do konca mjeseca. Rečeno je da će novac, koji iznosi oko 150.000 rupija (oko 80 kuna) po ribaru tjedno, služiti kao kompenzacija za to što neće loviti ribu tijekom tog razdoblja. To je nešto više od 140.000 rupija (70 kuna) tjedno koliko ministarstvo procjenjuje da zarađuju od ribolova.

Ova aktivnost je vrlo jednostavna”, rekao je Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, ministar ribarstva, na konferenciji za medije u Jakarti, dodajući da se ne očekuje da će ovo biti čarobno rješenje za problem morskog otpada u zemlji. “Ovo će barem podići svijest među dionicima na moru i ljudima diljem svijeta”. Ministarstvo ribarstva kaže da očekuje da će svaki ribar prikupiti do 4 kilograma plastičnog otpada dnevno tijekom trajanja programa. Sudionici se nalaze na svim glavnim otocima Indonezije.

Indonezijsko ministarstvo ribarstva pokrenulo je mjesečni program plaćanja ribarima za skupljanje plastičnog otpada iz mora. Inicijativa je dio širih napora da se plastično onečišćenje mora u Indoneziji smanji za 70 posto do 2025. Ova zemlja najviše pridonosi krizi plastičnog otpada u oceanu, prenosi Green.hr.

Indonezijska vlada pokrenula je program koji će plaćati tisuće lokalnih ribara da skupljaju plastični otpad iz mora. Ministarstvo mora i ribarstva priopćilo je da je u proračunu izdvojilo 1,03 milijarde rupija (više od 500 tisuća kuna) za plaćanje 1.721 ribara diljem arhipelaga za plastično smeće koje će svakodnevno skupljati do konca mjeseca. Rečeno je da će novac, koji iznosi oko 150.000 rupija (oko 80 kuna) po ribaru tjedno, služiti kao kompenzacija za to što neće loviti ribu tijekom tog razdoblja. To je nešto više od 140.000 rupija (70 kuna) tjedno koliko ministarstvo procjenjuje da zarađuju od ribolova.

Ova aktivnost je vrlo jednostavna”, rekao je Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, ministar ribarstva, na konferenciji za medije u Jakarti, dodajući da se ne očekuje da će ovo biti čarobno rješenje za problem morskog otpada u zemlji. “Ovo će barem podići svijest među dionicima na moru i ljudima diljem svijeta”. Ministarstvo ribarstva kaže da očekuje da će svaki ribar prikupiti do 4 kilograma plastičnog otpada dnevno tijekom trajanja programa. Sudionici se nalaze na svim glavnim otocima Indonezije.

Indonezijsko ministarstvo ribarstva pokrenulo je mjesečni program plaćanja ribarima za skupljanje plastičnog otpada iz mora. Inicijativa je dio širih napora da se plastično onečišćenje mora u Indoneziji smanji za 70 posto do 2025. Ova zemlja najviše pridonosi krizi plastičnog otpada u oceanu, prenosi Green.hr.

Indonezijska vlada pokrenula je program koji će plaćati tisuće lokalnih ribara da skupljaju plastični otpad iz mora. Ministarstvo mora i ribarstva priopćilo je da je u proračunu izdvojilo 1,03 milijarde rupija (više od 500 tisuća kuna) za plaćanje 1.721 ribara diljem arhipelaga za plastično smeće koje će svakodnevno skupljati do konca mjeseca. Rečeno je da će novac, koji iznosi oko 150.000 rupija (oko 80 kuna) po ribaru tjedno, služiti kao kompenzacija za to što neće loviti ribu tijekom tog razdoblja. To je nešto više od 140.000 rupija (70 kuna) tjedno koliko ministarstvo procjenjuje da zarađuju od ribolova.

Ova aktivnost je vrlo jednostavna”, rekao je Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, ministar ribarstva, na konferenciji za medije u Jakarti, dodajući da se ne očekuje da će ovo biti čarobno rješenje za problem morskog otpada u zemlji. “Ovo će barem podići svijest među dionicima na moru i ljudima diljem svijeta”. Ministarstvo ribarstva kaže da očekuje da će svaki ribar prikupiti do 4 kilograma plastičnog otpada dnevno tijekom trajanja programa. Sudionici se nalaze na svim glavnim otocima Indonezije.
