U jeku polemika o cestogradnji na Korčuli oglasio se i ravnatelj Županijske uprave za ceste Ivo Kaštelan priopćenjem za medije o cesti Korčula-Račišće.

Na inicijativu građana, a suradnjom Grada Korčule i Županijske uprave za ceste Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije vezano za loše stanje ceste Korčula-Račišće, Županijska uprava za ceste tražila je način financiranja ovog važnog, ali i iznimno zahtjevnog projekta. Otvorila se mogućnost financiranja iz sredstava Europske unije.

U proceduri izdavanja dozvola za projekt, i pored Zakonom o gradnji propisanih javnih uvida u projektnu dokumentaciju, organizirana su ukupno tri zbora građana, i to dva u organizaciji Županijske uprave za ceste Dubrovačko-neretvanske te jedan u organizaciji Grada Korčule. Na navedenim zborovima, svim mjesnim odborima i predstavnicima Grada predstavljeni su, kako idejni, tako i glavni projekt.

Što se tiče predmetne ceste, njeni geometrijski elementi su, u ovom trenutku, takvi da se u krivinama ne mogu mimoići osobni automobil i autobus, nedostaju pješački prijelazi, nogostupi i autobusne stanice koje karakteristikama odgovaraju propisanim pravilima, iako na predmetnom dijelu prometuje školski autobus. Sve ove činjenice dovoljno govore o potrebi obnove i sanacije prometnice koja povezuje niz naselja i koja je cesta života za tamošnje stanovnike čijom će se realizacijom podići sigurnost svih sudionika u prometu što je osnova svakog prometnog sustava.

Projekt rekonstrukcije ove ceste, uz povećanje sigurnosti, svakako će pridonijeti i razvoju naselja ovog dijela Grada Korčule, između ostaloga, i u turističkom smislu. Naime, projekt predviđa izgradnju javne rasvjete, pješačke i biciklističke staze, što je važno s obzirom na to da je cikloturizam jedna od najbrže rastućih grana turizma.

U tijeku su javne nabave za projekt. U dogovoru s nadležnim Ministarstvom mora, prometa i infrastrukture, kao posredničkim tijelom 1, zaduženim za dodjelu sredstava, raskinuli smo ugovor o financiranju što nam je, kroz dopunu građevinske dozvole, uvjetovano povećanjem elemenata iz segmenta zaštite okoliša i troškova izvlaštenja. Potpisivanje novog ugovora očekujemo vrlo skoro, za što smo dobili i obećanje iz resornog ministarstva. Potpisivanjem novog ugovora, steći će se uvjeti za odabir izvođača, a nakon toga i početak radova.

Županijska uprava za ceste iznimno je zahvalna što je, u suradnji s Ministarstvom mora, prometa i infrastrukture, dobila priliku realizirati ovaj projekt od velike važnosti, prvenstveno, za stanovnike Korčule. I dalje ćemo nastaviti skrbiti za postojeće i razvijati nove dijelove mreže županijskih cesta na području naše županije. Svoj posao obavljamo odgovorno, a to je potvrdila i Županijska skupština kad je naš Financijski plan za 2022. usvojila jednoglasno.

Svima, koji imaju bilo kakva pitanja, vezano za projekt ceste ili bilo koji drugi projekt Županijske uprave za ceste Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, stojimo u potpunosti na raspolaganju, što smo više puta isticali, kako u usmenoj, tako i u pisanoj komunikaciji , poručio je ravnatelj Kaštelan.

U jeku polemika o cestogradnji na Korčuli oglasio se i ravnatelj Županijske uprave za ceste Ivo Kaštelan priopćenjem za medije o cesti Korčula-Račišće.

Na inicijativu građana, a suradnjom Grada Korčule i Županijske uprave za ceste Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije vezano za loše stanje ceste Korčula-Račišće, Županijska uprava za ceste tražila je način financiranja ovog važnog, ali i iznimno zahtjevnog projekta. Otvorila se mogućnost financiranja iz sredstava Europske unije.

U proceduri izdavanja dozvola za projekt, i pored Zakonom o gradnji propisanih javnih uvida u projektnu dokumentaciju, organizirana su ukupno tri zbora građana, i to dva u organizaciji Županijske uprave za ceste Dubrovačko-neretvanske te jedan u organizaciji Grada Korčule. Na navedenim zborovima, svim mjesnim odborima i predstavnicima Grada predstavljeni su, kako idejni, tako i glavni projekt.

Što se tiče predmetne ceste, njeni geometrijski elementi su, u ovom trenutku, takvi da se u krivinama ne mogu mimoići osobni automobil i autobus, nedostaju pješački prijelazi, nogostupi i autobusne stanice koje karakteristikama odgovaraju propisanim pravilima, iako na predmetnom dijelu prometuje školski autobus. Sve ove činjenice dovoljno govore o potrebi obnove i sanacije prometnice koja povezuje niz naselja i koja je cesta života za tamošnje stanovnike čijom će se realizacijom podići sigurnost svih sudionika u prometu što je osnova svakog prometnog sustava.

Projekt rekonstrukcije ove ceste, uz povećanje sigurnosti, svakako će pridonijeti i razvoju naselja ovog dijela Grada Korčule, između ostaloga, i u turističkom smislu. Naime, projekt predviđa izgradnju javne rasvjete, pješačke i biciklističke staze, što je važno s obzirom na to da je cikloturizam jedna od najbrže rastućih grana turizma.

U tijeku su javne nabave za projekt. U dogovoru s nadležnim Ministarstvom mora, prometa i infrastrukture, kao posredničkim tijelom 1, zaduženim za dodjelu sredstava, raskinuli smo ugovor o financiranju što nam je, kroz dopunu građevinske dozvole, uvjetovano povećanjem elemenata iz segmenta zaštite okoliša i troškova izvlaštenja. Potpisivanje novog ugovora očekujemo vrlo skoro, za što smo dobili i obećanje iz resornog ministarstva. Potpisivanjem novog ugovora, steći će se uvjeti za odabir izvođača, a nakon toga i početak radova.

Županijska uprava za ceste iznimno je zahvalna što je, u suradnji s Ministarstvom mora, prometa i infrastrukture, dobila priliku realizirati ovaj projekt od velike važnosti, prvenstveno, za stanovnike Korčule. I dalje ćemo nastaviti skrbiti za postojeće i razvijati nove dijelove mreže županijskih cesta na području naše županije. Svoj posao obavljamo odgovorno, a to je potvrdila i Županijska skupština kad je naš Financijski plan za 2022. usvojila jednoglasno.

Svima, koji imaju bilo kakva pitanja, vezano za projekt ceste ili bilo koji drugi projekt Županijske uprave za ceste Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije, stojimo u potpunosti na raspolaganju, što smo više puta isticali, kako u usmenoj, tako i u pisanoj komunikaciji , poručio je ravnatelj Kaštelan.

U jeku polemika o cestogradnji na Korčuli oglasio se i ravnatelj Županijske uprave za ceste Ivo Kaštelan priopćenjem za medije o cesti Korčula-Račišće.

Na inicijativu građana, a suradnjom Grada Korčule i Županijske uprave za ceste Dubrovačko-neretvanske županije vezano za loše stanje ceste Korčula-Račišće, Županijska uprava za ceste tražila je način financiranja ovog važnog, ali i iznimno zahtjevnog projekta. Otvorila se mogućnost financiranja iz sredstava Europske unije.

U proceduri izdavanja dozvola za projekt, i pored Zakonom o gradnji propisanih javnih uvida u projektnu dokumentaciju, organizirana su ukupno tri zbora građana, i to dva u organizaciji Županijske uprave za ceste Dubrovačko-neretvanske te jedan u organizaciji Grada Korčule. Na navedenim zborovima, svim mjesnim odborima i predstavnicima Grada predstavljeni su, kako idejni, tako i glavni projekt.

Što se tiče predmetne ceste, njeni geometrijski elementi su, u ovom trenutku, takvi da se u krivinama ne mogu mimoići osobni automobil i autobus, nedostaju pješački prijelazi, nogostupi i autobusne stanice koje karakteristikama odgovaraju propisanim pravilima, iako na predmetnom dijelu prometuje školski autobus. Sve ove činjenice dovoljno govore o potrebi obnove i sanacije prometnice koja povezuje niz naselja i koja je cesta života za tamošnje stanovnike čijom će se realizacijom podići sigurnost svih sudionika u prometu što je osnova svakog prometnog sustava.

Projekt rekonstrukcije ove ceste, uz povećanje sigurnosti, svakako će pridonijeti i razvoju naselja ovog dijela Grada Korčule, između ostaloga, i u turističkom smislu. Naime, projekt predviđa izgradnju javne rasvjete, pješačke i biciklističke staze, što je važno s obzirom na to da je cikloturizam jedna od najbrže rastućih grana turizma.

U tijeku su javne nabave za projekt. U dogovoru s nadležnim Ministarstvom mora, prometa i infrastrukture, kao posredničkim tijelom 1, zaduženim za dodjelu sredstava, raskinuli smo ugovor o financiranju što nam je, kroz dopunu građevinske dozvole, uvjetovano povećanjem elemenata iz segmenta zaštite okoliša i troškova izvlaštenja. Potpisivanje novog ugovora očekujemo vrlo skoro, za što smo dobili i obećanje iz resornog ministarstva. Potpisivanjem novog ugovora, steći će se uvjeti za odabir izvođača, a nakon toga i početak radova.
