Gradonačelnik Franković komentirao je nedavnu situaciju u kojoj je jedan dubrovački taksist prouzročio kolone od grada do Župe presporom vožnjom, građani su se bunili a i taksisti.

-Nitko nije rekao da on nije jedini, ali je taksist koji je taj momenat prouzročio kolaps. Od 7 tisuća 750 će moći doć u povijesnu jezgru, svih ostalih šest i pol tisuća neće biti zadovoljni. Danas ćete vi o tome odlučiti. Ili ovo želimo ili ne želimo, nije na nama da donosimo med i mlijeko, nekad treba malo i octa da bi budućnost bila bolja. Žute propusnice su za sve građane grada na temelju PPK se dobiva, ali žutu propusnicu dobivaju i stranci koji unaprijed rezerviraju i plate parkiranje i tek onda će je dobiti na Pilama ili ispod žičare. Uvjet je da imaju 20 minuta za ulaz u zonu, nakon isteka imaju 20 minuta da napuste zonu. U toj kategoriji je da svi koji imaju rješenje o invaliditetu mogu dobiti žutu propusnicu jer oni i imaju osigurana parking mjesta. Žuta propusnica je i svim građanima iz drugih općina. Smeđe propusnice su za gospodarske djelatnosti i taksi vozila jer je i njima uvjet propusnica koju će dobiti na temelju regulacije statusa - zakupljena parkirališna mjesta u gradu, ulazak u Lučku upravu ili Zračnu luku. Nijedna propusnica ne isključuje plaćanje PPK kartice. propusnica je samo za ulaz, prometovanje i izlaz iz zone, PPK je za parking. PPK se treba plaćati, a propusnica je besplatna.

Gradonačelnik Franković komentirao je nedavnu situaciju u kojoj je jedan dubrovački taksist prouzročio kolone od grada do Župe presporom vožnjom, građani su se bunili a i taksisti.

-Nitko nije rekao da on nije jedini, ali je taksist koji je taj momenat prouzročio kolaps. Od 7 tisuća 750 će moći doć u povijesnu jezgru, svih ostalih šest i pol tisuća neće biti zadovoljni. Danas ćete vi o tome odlučiti. Ili ovo želimo ili ne želimo, nije na nama da donosimo med i mlijeko, nekad treba malo i octa da bi budućnost bila bolja. Nikome kruh vi uzeti nećete današnjim donošenjem odluke. U ovom gradu ima posla za sve, svi koji se žele baviti prijevozničkim djelatnostima i dalje mogu voziti svugdje drugdje bez obzira na odluku. ali u zonu kičme mogu ući samo oni kojima je to dozvoljeno odlujom. Sve suprotno je dugoročna propast grada jer mi ovo više ne možemo izdržat. Nije nam dogorilo nego su prsti već počeli gorjet - rekao je Franković.

Crvena propusnica - zabrana kamperima osim u iznimnim situacijama. Zelena propusnica - interventne službe i diplomatska i konzularna vozila.Plava propusnica je za građane u užem području povijesne iezgre od garaže na Ilijinoj glavici do Boninova, sve ulice unutar prstena. Dva su načina regulacije statusa - jedno je prebivalište najmanje godinu dana na toj adresi ili na temelju vlasništva nekretnine. To nema veze s PPK. Žute propusnice su za sve građane grada na temelju PPK se dobiva, ali žutu propusnicu dobivaju i stranci koji unaprijed rezerviraju i plate parkiranje i tek onda će je dobiti na Pilama ili ispod žičare. Uvjet je da imaju 20 minuta za ulaz u zonu, nakon isteka imaju 20 minuta da napuste zonu. U toj kategoriji je da svi koji imaju rješenje o invaliditetu mogu dobiti žutu propusnicu jer oni i imaju osigurana parking mjesta. Žuta propusnica je i svim građanima iz drugih općina. Gradonačelnik Franković komentirao je nedavnu situaciju u kojoj je jedan dubrovački taksist prouzročio kolone od grada do Župe presporom vožnjom, građani su se bunili a i taksisti.

-Nitko nije rekao da on nije jedini, ali je taksist koji je taj momenat prouzročio kolaps. Od 7 tisuća 750 će moći doć u povijesnu jezgru, svih ostalih šest i pol tisuća neće biti zadovoljni. Danas ćete vi o tome odlučiti. Ili ovo želimo ili ne želimo, nije na nama da donosimo med i mlijeko, nekad treba malo i octa da bi budućnost bila bolja. Nikome kruh vi uzeti nećete današnjim donošenjem odluke. U ovom gradu ima posla za sve, svi koji se žele baviti prijevozničkim djelatnostima i dalje mogu voziti svugdje drugdje bez obzira na odluku. ali u zonu kičme mogu ući samo oni kojima je to dozvoljeno odlujom. Sve suprotno je dugoročna propast grada jer mi ovo više ne možemo izdržat. Nije nam dogorilo nego su prsti već počeli gorjet - rekao je Franković.

Crvena propusnica - zabrana kamperima osim u iznimnim situacijama. Zelena propusnica - interventne službe i diplomatska i konzularna vozila.Plava propusnica je za građane u užem području povijesne iezgre od garaže na Ilijinoj glavici do Boninova, sve ulice unutar prstena. Dva su načina regulacije statusa - jedno je prebivalište najmanje godinu dana na toj adresi ili na temelju vlasništva nekretnine. To nema veze s PPK. Žute propusnice su za sve građane grada na temelju PPK se dobiva, ali žutu propusnicu dobivaju i stranci koji unaprijed rezerviraju i plate parkiranje i tek onda će je dobiti na Pilama ili ispod žičare. Uvjet je da imaju 20 minuta za ulaz u zonu, nakon isteka imaju 20 minuta da napuste zonu. U toj kategoriji je da svi koji imaju rješenje o invaliditetu mogu dobiti žutu propusnicu jer oni i imaju osigurana parking mjesta. Žuta propusnica je i svim građanima iz drugih općina.
