Restoran na Mljetu nudi konobaru početnu plaću od 1300 eura, šankeru je spreman platiti 1500, a barmena bi platio impresivnih 1700 eura mjesečno. Uvjet je nedefinirano radno iskustvo i poznavanje engleskog jezika. Za smještaj i prehranu kandidati ne trebaju brinuti od 20. travnja do 10. listopada, koliko bi radili.

Vlasnik dubrovačkog restorana istodobno voditelju smjene u kuhinji nudi vrtoglavih 2500 eura početne plaće, uz riješen smještaj, hranu i slobodan dan po dogovoru. Ima i poslodavaca koji bi sezonce isplaćivali u američkim dolarima, dnevno od 200 do 250 za deficitarne poslove u ugostiteljstvu. Tko nazove kako bi se dodatno informirao o ponudi, neće bogzna što doznati jer se na broj mobitela darežljivog poslodavca naznačen na društvenim mrežama nitko se ne javlja.

Spretni konobari su na cijeni

U osvit nove sezone FB grupe za traženje poslova preplavljene su ovakvim obećavajućim ponudama, a koliko su realne ponuđene mjesečne plaće sezoncima, pitali smo dubrovačke ugostitelje:

- Pretpostavljam da je ovdje riječ o neto plaćama, ali se ne navodi koliko je sati točno radno vrijeme. Skoro sam siguran da bi se radilo dulje od 8 sati, bez slobodnog dana i po završetku sezone na burzu. Ovakve su plaće i unutar zidina, a i uvjeti su većinom jednaki. Ako je riječ o restoranu, konobari mogu zaraditi dobar tip. Ali isto je riječ o sezoncima i radi se po 10 sati dnevno bez slobodnog dana. Smještaj plaćaju poslodavci, ali im to ide u troškove pa im se odbija PDV, 25 posto. Nešto manje plaće su za one zaposlene u dubrovačkim restoranima i kafićima koji rade cijelu godinu. No tu većina ima uređen status prema zakonu, s radnim vremenom i slobodnim danom. Obično nakon 3 mjeseca probnog rada ponude im ugovor za stalno, a plaće se kreću ovisno o kafiću, restoranu između 800 i 1200 eura neto plus tip. Radno vrijeme i slobodan dan uglavnom se poštuju iako se još nađe onih koji slobodan dan odbijaju od dnevnice, ili traže da konobari obavljaju i posao čistačice. No, takvih je sve manje – priča nam dubrovački ugostitelj.

On smatra da su najveći problem u gradu nejednaki uvjeti rada za naše i strane radnike.

- Točnije, plaće su svima iste ali strani dobivaju mukte smještaj i hranu. I naši mogu nešto pojesti dok rade, ali ne mogu nositi doma recimo večeru. Sezoncima je to dopušteno, pa se naši radnici bune – kaže nam sugovornik koji i sam redovito prati virtualnu burzu rada:

- Sad je trend da se na natječaje za posao stavlja plaća ‘do‘, jedna velika hotelska grupacija tako zapošljava. Na Facebooku se nađu iskustva zaposlenika koji se žale kako im poslodavac nikad ne isplati taj famozni iznos ‘do‘...- priča nam sugovornik.

Restoran na Mljetu nudi konobaru početnu plaću od 1300 eura, šankeru je spreman platiti 1500, a barmena bi platio impresivnih 1700 eura mjesečno. Uvjet je nedefinirano radno iskustvo i poznavanje engleskog jezika. Za smještaj i prehranu kandidati ne trebaju brinuti od 20. travnja do 10. listopada, koliko bi radili.

Vlasnik dubrovačkog restorana istodobno voditelju smjene u kuhinji nudi vrtoglavih 2500 eura početne plaće, uz riješen smještaj, hranu i slobodan dan po dogovoru. Ima i poslodavaca koji bi sezonce isplaćivali u američkim dolarima, dnevno od 200 do 250 za deficitarne poslove u ugostiteljstvu. Tko nazove kako bi se dodatno informirao o ponudi, neće bogzna što doznati jer se na broj mobitela darežljivog poslodavca naznačen na društvenim mrežama nitko se ne javlja.

U osvit nove sezone FB grupe za traženje poslova preplavljene su ovakvim obećavajućim ponudama, a koliko su realne ponuđene mjesečne plaće sezoncima, pitali smo dubrovačke ugostitelje:

- Pretpostavljam da je ovdje riječ o neto plaćama, ali se ne navodi koliko je sati točno radno vrijeme. Skoro sam siguran da bi se radilo dulje od 8 sati, bez slobodnog dana i po završetku sezone na burzu. Ovakve su plaće i unutar zidina, a i uvjeti su većinom jednaki. Ako je riječ o restoranu, konobari mogu zaraditi dobar tip. Ali isto je riječ o sezoncima i radi se po 10 sati dnevno bez slobodnog dana. Smještaj plaćaju poslodavci, ali im to ide u troškove pa im se odbija PDV, 25 posto. Nešto manje plaće su za one zaposlene u dubrovačkim restoranima i kafićima koji rade cijelu godinu. No tu većina ima uređen status prema zakonu, s radnim vremenom i slobodnim danom. Obično nakon 3 mjeseca probnog rada ponude im ugovor za stalno, a plaće se kreću ovisno o kafiću, restoranu između 800 i 1200 eura neto plus tip. Radno vrijeme i slobodan dan uglavnom se poštuju iako se još nađe onih koji slobodan dan odbijaju od dnevnice, ili traže da konobari obavljaju i posao čistačice. No, takvih je sve manje – priča nam dubrovački ugostitelj.

On smatra da su najveći problem u gradu nejednaki uvjeti rada za naše i strane radnike.

- Točnije, plaće su svima iste ali strani dobivaju mukte smještaj i hranu. I naši mogu nešto pojesti dok rade, ali ne mogu nositi doma recimo večeru. Sezoncima je to dopušteno, pa se naši radnici bune – kaže nam sugovornik koji i sam redovito prati virtualnu burzu rada:

- Sad je trend da se na natječaje za posao stavlja plaća ‘do‘, jedna velika hotelska grupacija tako zapošljava. Na Facebooku se nađu iskustva zaposlenika koji se žale kako im poslodavac nikad ne isplati taj famozni iznos ‘do‘...- priča nam sugovornik.
