Ivan Čerina započeo je priču koja je spoj svega onoga što su nekad živjeli stari Solinjani

Tko su “Mons Aureus”? Kada se predstavljaju, oni kažu da su “poezija iz prirode”.

I doista, kada pogledate na fotografijama taj prekrasan krajolik, priroda kao da vam sama pjeva...

Mons Aureus ili Zlatna planina proteže se od istočne granice Hrvatske, od Dunava pa sve do samog srca Baranje. Ime su joj dodijelili još stari Rimljani.

Uz prekrasne poglede na sjever i Mađarsku i na nepregledna polja i šume prema jugu Baranje, otkrili su da je ovo brdo stvoreno za uzgoj vinove loze. Trenutno u posjedu imamo 13,5 hektara vinograda. Za sada smo se orijentirali na četiri sorte – neizostavnu baranjsku graševinu, kralja crnih vina Cabernet Sauvignon, Sivi Pinot i Merlot, a uzgajamo i manje količine siraha i tradicionalne stare sorte kadarke. Težimo proizvodnji vina koja odražavaju njihovo podrijetlo, što znači da pokazuju osobine koje povezujemo s regijama i vinogradarskim nalazištima iz kojih je voće dobiveno, a da smo u tome i uspjeli, dokazuju brojne nagrade i priznanja, od kojih izdvajamo zlatnu medalju i posebnu medalju žirija za najbolje bijelo suho, mirno vino kontinentalne Hrvatske “Sv. Ivan Zelina 2022.”, berba 2020. i šampion graševine na manifestaciji vinogradara istočne Hrvatske u Trnavi na jubilarnoj 35. Bonaviti.

Za sve je zaslužna obitelj Čerina, odnosno Solinjanin Ivan Čerina. On je zajedno sa svojim potomcima preuredio djedovinu i započeo priču koja je spoj onoga što su nekad živjeli stari Solinjani, svakodnevno krčeći svoje vinograde i puneći konobe plodovima svojih žuljevitih ruku, a s druge strane povezujući sada tu tradiciju s predivnom dolinom na istoku Hrvatske, našom Baranjom.

Tako je u prekrasno obnovljenoj kamenoj ljepotici pučke arhitekture, u Solinu, u Zvonimirovoj ulici na broju 6, poznatoj Solinjanima kao Arnirovi dvori, u njezinu prizemlju otvorena vinoteka “Mons Aureus - wine and more” ili u prijevodu “Zlatna planina - vino i više”.

Nakon uspješnog otvorenja vinoteke u Solinu, za Mons Aureus se pročulo i na Turks and Caicosu. Tako će posjetitelji ovog karipskog otočja pored vječnog sunca, bijelog pijeska, tirkiznog mora i popularnog ruma od sada moći uživati i u finim, višestruko nagrađivanim, baranjskim kapljicama. Velik je to korak za ovu, relativno mladu vinariju u usponu, a što je dokaz mukotrpna rada, predanosti i ljubavi prema vinu.

Naše vinarske tehnike osmišljene su da pojačaju, a ne ometaju prirodne okuse voća u našim vinima. Dvije riječi koje ćete često čuti kad se opisuje naša tehnika proizvodnje vina su “nježna” i “neintervencionistička”.

Ciljevi održivosti uključuju želju za poboljšanjem ekoloških performansi, poboljšanjem kvalitete vinogradarstva i vinarstva na ekološki prihvatljiv način, pružanjem informacija potrošačima i dodavanjem vrijednosti našoj industriji i našoj zajednici.

Tko su “Mons Aureus”? Kada se predstavljaju, oni kažu da su “poezija iz prirode”.

I doista, kada pogledate na fotografijama taj prekrasan krajolik, priroda kao da vam sama pjeva...

Mons Aureus ili Zlatna planina proteže se od istočne granice Hrvatske, od Dunava pa sve do samog srca Baranje. Ime su joj dodijelili još stari Rimljani.

Uz prekrasne poglede na sjever i Mađarsku i na nepregledna polja i šume prema jugu Baranje, otkrili su da je ovo brdo stvoreno za uzgoj vinove loze. Trenutno u posjedu imamo 13,5 hektara vinograda. Za sada smo se orijentirali na četiri sorte – neizostavnu baranjsku graševinu, kralja crnih vina Cabernet Sauvignon, Sivi Pinot i Merlot, a uzgajamo i manje količine siraha i tradicionalne stare sorte kadarke. Težimo proizvodnji vina koja odražavaju njihovo podrijetlo, što znači da pokazuju osobine koje povezujemo s regijama i vinogradarskim nalazištima iz kojih je voće dobiveno, a da smo u tome i uspjeli, dokazuju brojne nagrade i priznanja, od kojih izdvajamo zlatnu medalju i posebnu medalju žirija za najbolje bijelo suho, mirno vino kontinentalne Hrvatske “Sv. Ivan Zelina 2022.”, berba 2020. i šampion graševine na manifestaciji vinogradara istočne Hrvatske u Trnavi na jubilarnoj 35. Bonaviti.

Za sve je zaslužna obitelj Čerina, odnosno Solinjanin Ivan Čerina. On je zajedno sa svojim potomcima preuredio djedovinu i započeo priču koja je spoj onoga što su nekad živjeli stari Solinjani, svakodnevno krčeći svoje vinograde i puneći konobe plodovima svojih žuljevitih ruku, a s druge strane povezujući sada tu tradiciju s predivnom dolinom na istoku Hrvatske, našom Baranjom.

Tako je u prekrasno obnovljenoj kamenoj ljepotici pučke arhitekture, u Solinu, u Zvonimirovoj ulici na broju 6, poznatoj Solinjanima kao Arnirovi dvori, u njezinu prizemlju otvorena vinoteka “Mons Aureus - wine and more” ili u prijevodu “Zlatna planina - vino i više”.

Nakon uspješnog otvorenja vinoteke u Solinu, za Mons Aureus se pročulo i na Turks and Caicosu. Tako će posjetitelji ovog karipskog otočja pored vječnog sunca, bijelog pijeska, tirkiznog mora i popularnog ruma od sada moći uživati i u finim, višestruko nagrađivanim, baranjskim kapljicama. Velik je to korak za ovu, relativno mladu vinariju u usponu, a što je dokaz mukotrpna rada, predanosti i ljubavi prema vinu.

Naše vinarske tehnike osmišljene su da pojačaju, a ne ometaju prirodne okuse voća u našim vinima. Dvije riječi koje ćete često čuti kad se opisuje naša tehnika proizvodnje vina su “nježna” i “neintervencionistička”.

Ciljevi održivosti uključuju želju za poboljšanjem ekoloških performansi, poboljšanjem kvalitete vinogradarstva i vinarstva na ekološki prihvatljiv način, pružanjem informacija potrošačima i dodavanjem vrijednosti našoj industriji i našoj zajednici.
