Hoće li privatnim iznajmljivačima pasti zarada u idućim godinama!? Europska komisija najavljuje uvođenje PDV-a i za privatni smještaj. No, pitanje je kada i za koga, tako da se mali iznajmljivači izgleda ipak ne trebaju još zabrinjavati - javlja N1.

Ono što im stvara glavobolju jest paušalni porez na dohodak koji je u nekim županijama već drastično porastao, primjerice u Splitu s 350 na 1500 po krevetu. Na Kvarneru je slika umirujuća za iznajmljivače. Porez je u Rijeci skočio s oko 300 na 450 kuna, no u ostatku županije uglavnom je ostao isti. Kako iznajmljivači i turistički radnici gledaju na eventualna povećanja poreznih davanja?

Reporter N1 posjetio je Punat na Krku. Zatvorene kuće, pusto mjesto... Iznajmljivači broje novac bojeći se da bi im ga mogla uzeti država. Ne dižite nam porez, zavapili su i poručili – radije hvatajte “krivolovce”.

“Cijene su već visoke, znači trebala bi se država ili te institucije preusmjeriti više prema nelojalnim iznajmljivačima koji iznajmljuju pod nazivom prijatelja i rade nama konkurenciju, znači mi plaćamo poreze, mi dajemo državi sve”, rekao je mali iznajmljivač Zlatko Brusić.

U javnosti kolaju dezinformacije i nepoznavanje materije, tvrde na otoku. Povećanjem poreza na dohodak ilegalci bi još više profitirali.

“Znači tu imamo tri puta više kapaciteta u takozvanom nekomercijalnom smještaju, nego što imamo u kategoriziranom smještaju. Drugim riječima, svaki treći kupac nekretnine u Hrvatskoj je stranac, ali i hrvatski građani bi radije iznajmljivali takve nekretnine kao da ih izmamljuju podstanaru. A to može biti svaki državljanin iz EU koji može 90 dana boraviti u Hrvatskoj, bez obaveze da se ovdje prijavljuje, da plaća turističku pristojbu. I tu se onda ne plaća ni porez na dohodak”, pojašnjava turistički konzultant Nedo Pinezić.

Hoće li privatnim iznajmljivačima pasti zarada u idućim godinama!? Europska komisija najavljuje uvođenje PDV-a i za privatni smještaj. No, pitanje je kada i za koga, tako da se mali iznajmljivači izgleda ipak ne trebaju još zabrinjavati - javlja N1.

Ono što im stvara glavobolju jest paušalni porez na dohodak koji je u nekim županijama već drastično porastao, primjerice u Splitu s 350 na 1500 po krevetu. Na Kvarneru je slika umirujuća za iznajmljivače. Porez je u Rijeci skočio s oko 300 na 450 kuna, no u ostatku županije uglavnom je ostao isti. Kako iznajmljivači i turistički radnici gledaju na eventualna povećanja poreznih davanja?

Reporter N1 posjetio je Punat na Krku. Zatvorene kuće, pusto mjesto... Iznajmljivači broje novac bojeći se da bi im ga mogla uzeti država. Ne dižite nam porez, zavapili su i poručili – radije hvatajte “krivolovce”.

“Cijene su već visoke, znači trebala bi se država ili te institucije preusmjeriti više prema nelojalnim iznajmljivačima koji iznajmljuju pod nazivom prijatelja i rade nama konkurenciju, znači mi plaćamo poreze, mi dajemo državi sve”, rekao je mali iznajmljivač Zlatko Brusić.

U javnosti kolaju dezinformacije i nepoznavanje materije, tvrde na otoku. Povećanjem poreza na dohodak ilegalci bi još više profitirali.

“Znači tu imamo tri puta više kapaciteta u takozvanom nekomercijalnom smještaju, nego što imamo u kategoriziranom smještaju. Drugim riječima, svaki treći kupac nekretnine u Hrvatskoj je stranac, ali i hrvatski građani bi radije iznajmljivali takve nekretnine kao da ih izmamljuju podstanaru. A to može biti svaki državljanin iz EU koji može 90 dana boraviti u Hrvatskoj, bez obaveze da se ovdje prijavljuje, da plaća turističku pristojbu. I tu se onda ne plaća ni porez na dohodak”, pojašnjava turistički konzultant Nedo Pinezić.

Alarm za privatni smještaj: Već je skočio paušalni porez, a najavljuje se i uvođenje PDV-a, no pitanje je kad i kome

Hoće li privatnim iznajmljivačima pasti zarada u idućim godinama!? Europska komisija najavljuje uvođenje PDV-a i za privatni smještaj. No, pitanje je kada i za koga, tako da se mali iznajmljivači izgleda ipak ne trebaju još zabrinjavati - javlja N1.

Ono što im stvara glavobolju jest paušalni porez na dohodak koji je u nekim županijama već drastično porastao, primjerice u Splitu s 350 na 1500 po krevetu. Na Kvarneru je slika umirujuća za iznajmljivače. Porez je u Rijeci skočio s oko 300 na 450 kuna, no u ostatku županije uglavnom je ostao isti. Kako iznajmljivači i turistički radnici gledaju na eventualna povećanja poreznih davanja?

Reporter N1 posjetio je Punat na Krku. Zatvorene kuće, pusto mjesto... Iznajmljivači broje novac bojeći se da bi im ga mogla uzeti država. Ne dižite nam porez, zavapili su i poručili – radije hvatajte “krivolovce”.

“Cijene su već visoke, znači trebala bi se država ili te institucije preusmjeriti više prema nelojalnim iznajmljivačima koji iznajmljuju pod nazivom prijatelja i rade nama konkurenciju, znači mi plaćamo poreze, mi dajemo državi sve”, rekao je mali iznajmljivač Zlatko Brusić.

U javnosti kolaju dezinformacije i nepoznavanje materije, tvrde na otoku. Povećanjem poreza na dohodak ilegalci bi još više profitirali.

“Znači tu imamo tri puta više kapaciteta u takozvanom nekomercijalnom smještaju, nego što imamo u kategoriziranom smještaju. Drugim riječima, svaki treći kupac nekretnine u Hrvatskoj je stranac, ali i hrvatski građani bi radije iznajmljivali takve nekretnine kao da ih izmamljuju podstanaru. A to može biti svaki državljanin iz EU koji može 90 dana boraviti u Hrvatskoj, bez obaveze da se ovdje prijavljuje, da plaća turističku pristojbu. I tu se onda ne plaća ni porez na dohodak”, pojašnjava turistički konzultant Nedo Pinezić.
