Ukrajinske snage napale su istočni grad Balakliju u regiji Harkiv, koji drže Rusi, rekao je proruski separatistički dužnosnik, dok su ukrajinski dužnosnici oprezno govorili o odvijanju protuofenzive.
Guverner regije Luhansk Sergij Gajdaj rekao je ukrajinskoj televiziji da je "protunapad u tijeku (...) naše snage uživaju određeni uspjeh, zadržimo se na tome", ali nije naveo o kojim se lokacijama radi.
Predsjednik Volodimir Zelenski jedva je spomenuo operacije u regiji Harkiv u svom večernjem obraćanju, ali je rekao da je oboreno pet ruskih krstarećih projektila, većina njih na jugu.
Reuters nije mogao neovisno provjeriti tvrdnje ukrajinskih dužnosnika, a Rusija se nije odmah oglasila.
No dužnosnik proruske odcijepljene Narodne Republike Donjeck u utorak je iznio neobičan iskaz o borbi u Balakliji, istočnom gradu s 27.000 ljudi koji se nalazi između Harkiva i Izjuma kojega drže Rusi, grada s velikim željezničkim čvorištem koje Moskva koristi za opskrbu svojih snaga.
"Danas su ukrajinske oružane snage, nakon dugotrajne topničke pripreme...započele napad na Balakliju...", objavio je Daniil Bezsonov na Telegramu.

Vadim Krohmal, član gradskog vijeća Kupjanska, grada istočno od Harkiva okupiranog posljednjih pet mjeseci, objavio je video u kojemu poziva stanovnike da ne sudjeluju u bilo kakvom referendumu o pridruživanju Rusiji koji bi okupacijske snage mogle organizirati.
"Ukrajinske oružane snage će jako brzo osloboditi Kupjansk. Mi to znamo, sigurni smo u to", rekao je Vadim i savjetovao stanovnicima da se opskrbe hranom.
Pojavljuje se malo informacija o napredovanju glavne ukrajinske ofenzive u južnoj regiji Herson. Rusija tvrdi da je odbila napad na Herson, ali Ukrajina je izvijestila o stalnom uspjehu.
"Vodimo pozicijske bitke. I već ima područja koja smo oslobodili", rekla je nacionalnoj televiziji Natalija Humenjuk, glasnogovornica južnog okruga ukrajinskih oružanih snaga, navodi se u medijskim izvješćima.

Prvi korak je da se ruske i ukrajinske snage obvežu na suzdržavanje od vojnih aktivnosti u i oko najveće nuklearne elektrane u Europi.
"Kao drugi korak, trebalo bi osigurati sporazum o demilitariziranom perimetru", rekao je Guterres Vijeću sigurnosti UN-a u utorak. "Konkretno, to bi uključivalo obvezu ruskih snaga da povuku svo vojno osoblje i opremu s tog perimetra i obvezu ukrajinskih snaga da neće ulaziti u njega", objasnio je.
"Ako provedemo demilitarizaciju, Ukrajinci će tada odmah uskočiti i uništiti cijelu stvar", rekao je novinarima ruski veleposlanik pri UN-u Vasilij Nebenzia prije sastanka Vijeća sigurnosti.

Ukrajinske snage napale su istočni grad Balakliju u regiji Harkiv, koji drže Rusi, rekao je proruski separatistički dužnosnik, dok su ukrajinski dužnosnici oprezno govorili o odvijanju protuofenzive.
Guverner regije Luhansk Sergij Gajdaj rekao je ukrajinskoj televiziji da je "protunapad u tijeku (...) naše snage uživaju određeni uspjeh, zadržimo se na tome", ali nije naveo o kojim se lokacijama radi.
Predsjednik Volodimir Zelenski jedva je spomenuo operacije u regiji Harkiv u svom večernjem obraćanju, ali je rekao da je oboreno pet ruskih krstarećih projektila, većina njih na jugu.
Reuters nije mogao neovisno provjeriti tvrdnje ukrajinskih dužnosnika, a Rusija se nije odmah oglasila.
No dužnosnik proruske odcijepljene Narodne Republike Donjeck u utorak je iznio neobičan iskaz o borbi u Balakliji, istočnom gradu s 27.000 ljudi koji se nalazi između Harkiva i Izjuma kojega drže Rusi, grada s velikim željezničkim čvorištem koje Moskva koristi za opskrbu svojih snaga.
"Danas su ukrajinske oružane snage, nakon dugotrajne topničke pripreme...započele napad na Balakliju...", objavio je Daniil Bezsonov na Telegramu.
"Ukrajinske oružane snage koncentrirale su masovnu vatru na mobilne skupine Narodne Republike Donjeck, koje su zauzele obrambene položaje u obližnjim šumama", naveo je.

Vadim Krohmal, član gradskog vijeća Kupjanska, grada istočno od Harkiva okupiranog posljednjih pet mjeseci, objavio je video u kojemu poziva stanovnike da ne sudjeluju u bilo kakvom referendumu o pridruživanju Rusiji koji bi okupacijske snage mogle organizirati.
"Ukrajinske oružane snage će jako brzo osloboditi Kupjansk. Mi to znamo, sigurni smo u to", rekao je Vadim i savjetovao stanovnicima da se opskrbe hranom.
Pojavljuje se malo informacija o napredovanju glavne ukrajinske ofenzive u južnoj regiji Herson. Rusija tvrdi da je odbila napad na Herson, ali Ukrajina je izvijestila o stalnom uspjehu.
"Vodimo pozicijske bitke. I već ima područja koja smo oslobodili", rekla je nacionalnoj televiziji Natalija Humenjuk, glasnogovornica južnog okruga ukrajinskih oružanih snaga, navodi se u medijskim izvješćima.
Plan za sigurnost nuklearne elektrane
Glavni tajnik Ujedinjenih naroda Antonio Guterres iznio je konkretne korake za demilitarizaciju područja oko nuklearne elektrane Zaporižja u južnoj Ukrajini koja je pod ruskom okupacijom.

Prvi korak je da se ruske i ukrajinske snage obvežu na suzdržavanje od vojnih aktivnosti u i oko najveće nuklearne elektrane u Europi.
"Kao drugi korak, trebalo bi osigurati sporazum o demilitariziranom perimetru", rekao je Guterres Vijeću sigurnosti UN-a u utorak. "Konkretno, to bi uključivalo obvezu ruskih snaga da povuku svo vojno osoblje i opremu s tog perimetra i obvezu ukrajinskih snaga da neće ulaziti u njega", objasnio je.
"Ako provedemo demilitarizaciju, Ukrajinci će tada odmah uskočiti i uništiti cijelu stvar", rekao je novinarima ruski veleposlanik pri UN-u Vasilij Nebenzia prije sastanka Vijeća sigurnosti.
