Iako je premijer Andrej Plenković nedavno poručio da Hrvatska ima "nikad veću zaposlenost, a nikad manju nezaposlenost", nedavna statistika Eurostata pokazuje da je Hrvatska na začelju Europske unije prema lanjskoj stopi zaposlenih Hrvata u dobnoj skupini između 20 i 64 godine, piše Jutarnji.

Riječ je, bilježe statističari, o omjeru broja zaposlenih i radno sposobnih muškaraca u dobi između 20 i 64 godine, a prema toj metrici, Hrvatska je na začelju Europe sa 74,5% zaposlenih Hrvata. Uz Hrvate, najgore u Europi stoje Grčka - 76,9% zaposlenih muškaraca, Srbija 76,2, Belgija 75,7, Španjolska 75 i Italija 74,7. S druge strane, najveću stopu zaposlenih ima Češka, 88,6%, potom Island 87,3, Malta 87,2, Nizozemska 86,9 i Švicarska 85,9.

Ekonomski stručnjak Danijel Nestić pripisuje to sljedećim razlozima: Hrvati ranije idu u mirovinu, dulje studiraju, a zbog Domovinskog rata imamo velik broj povlaštenih mirovina. Poznato je, imamo 1,22 milijuna umirovljenika, svaki treći Hrvat, a u prosjeku se studira 7,5 godina.

Niža zaposlenost žena

"Iako je kod nas službena godina umirovljenja dignuta na 65, i dalje ima puno opcija za raniji odlazak u mirovinu, što ljudi koriste. Pritom, ne možemo ignorirati i da smo imali rat zbog kojega i dalje velik broj branitelja ima povlaštene mirovine", objašnjava.

Europska statistika sve to potvrđuje. Zaposlenih Hrvata u dobi između 50 i 64 godine, vidi se na Eurostatu, imamo samo 50% i time smo opet među zadnjima u EU. Manje ih u toj dobnoj skupini radi samo u Rumunjskoj (46,7%) i Luksemburgu (46,6).

Gledajući ukupnu populaciju radnih Hrvata, situacija nije puno bolja. Hrvatska ima stopu zaposlenosti ispod 70%, čime je u zadnjih pet zemalja EU: Hrvatska (69,7%), a gore su od nas Španjolska (69,5), Rumunjska (68,5), Grčka (66,3) i Italija (64,8%). Isti je poredak zemalja i ako gledamo samo zaposlene Hrvatice (65%).

"Niža zaposlenost žena je specifična za južnu Europu. Misli se da ženi pripada tradicionalna obiteljska uloga, da ostaje doma, brine za djecu ili roditelje, a to se onda odražava i na tržište rada", kaže Nestić.

Veliki jaz

Od Hrvatske, manje žena radi samo u Španjolskoj, Rumunjskoj, Grčkoj i Italiji. S druge strane, najzaposlenije su Islanđanke (82,1 posto), Estonke (80,4) i Šveđanke (79,2). Također, Eurostat primjećuje da u Hrvatskoj postoji i veliki jaz između stope zaposlenih muškaraca (gotovo 75 posto) i žena (65 posto). Veći je jaz jedino u Grčkoj, Italiji i Rumunjskoj, a najmanje su razlike kad se radi o zaposlenim ženama i muškarcima u skandinavskim zemljama.

Iako Hrvatska danas ima najviše zaposlenih u zadnjih 20 godina (1,6 milijuna), čak više nego pretpotopne 2007., stručnjaci ističu da je mala vjerojatnost da ćemo dosegnuti cilj stope zaposlenosti EU za 2030., koja je postavljena na 78 posto.

Stopa zaposlenosti u Hrvatskoj koja još nije prešla 70% ovisi i o velikom broju ljudi koji su, kako ih se opisuje, trajno nezaposleni, kaže Nestić. A s druge strane, nezaposlenost koja je pala na niskih 6,1% u velikoj se mjeri može pripisati iseljavanju radno sposobnih Hrvata, kojih se u proteklom desetljeću, nagađa se, iselilo i do 400.000 (premda je to brojka koja, ističe Nestić, još nije potvrđena ozbiljnijim istraživanjem).

Iako je premijer Andrej Plenković nedavno poručio da Hrvatska ima "nikad veću zaposlenost, a nikad manju nezaposlenost", nedavna statistika Eurostata pokazuje da je Hrvatska na začelju Europske unije prema lanjskoj stopi zaposlenih Hrvata u dobnoj skupini između 20 i 64 godine, piše Jutarnji.

Riječ je, bilježe statističari, o omjeru broja zaposlenih i radno sposobnih muškaraca u dobi između 20 i 64 godine, a prema toj metrici, Hrvatska je na začelju Europe sa 74,5% zaposlenih Hrvata. Uz Hrvate, najgore u Europi stoje Grčka - 76,9% zaposlenih muškaraca, Srbija 76,2, Belgija 75,7, Španjolska 75 i Italija 74,7. S druge strane, najveću stopu zaposlenih ima Češka, 88,6%, potom Island 87,3, Malta 87,2, Nizozemska 86,9 i Švicarska 85,9.

Ekonomski stručnjak Danijel Nestić pripisuje to sljedećim razlozima: Hrvati ranije idu u mirovinu, dulje studiraju, a zbog Domovinskog rata imamo velik broj povlaštenih mirovina. Poznato je, imamo 1,22 milijuna umirovljenika, svaki treći Hrvat, a u prosjeku se studira 7,5 godina.

Niža zaposlenost žena

"Iako je kod nas službena godina umirovljenja dignuta na 65, i dalje ima puno opcija za raniji odlazak u mirovinu, što ljudi koriste. Pritom, ne možemo ignorirati i da smo imali rat zbog kojega i dalje velik broj branitelja ima povlaštene mirovine", objašnjava.

Europska statistika sve to potvrđuje. Zaposlenih Hrvata u dobi između 50 i 64 godine, vidi se na Eurostatu, imamo samo 50% i time smo opet među zadnjima u EU. Manje ih u toj dobnoj skupini radi samo u Rumunjskoj (46,7%) i Luksemburgu (46,6).

Gledajući ukupnu populaciju radnih Hrvata, situacija nije puno bolja. Hrvatska ima stopu zaposlenosti ispod 70%, čime je u zadnjih pet zemalja EU: Hrvatska (69,7%), a gore su od nas Španjolska (69,5), Rumunjska (68,5), Grčka (66,3) i Italija (64,8%). Isti je poredak zemalja i ako gledamo samo zaposlene Hrvatice (65%).

"Niža zaposlenost žena je specifična za južnu Europu. Misli se da ženi pripada tradicionalna obiteljska uloga, da ostaje doma, brine za djecu ili roditelje, a to se onda odražava i na tržište rada", kaže Nestić.

Veliki jaz

Od Hrvatske, manje žena radi samo u Španjolskoj, Rumunjskoj, Grčkoj i Italiji. S druge strane, najzaposlenije su Islanđanke (82,1 posto), Estonke (80,4) i Šveđanke (79,2). Također, Eurostat primjećuje da u Hrvatskoj postoji i veliki jaz između stope zaposlenih muškaraca (gotovo 75 posto) i žena (65 posto). Veći je jaz jedino u Grčkoj, Italiji i Rumunjskoj, a najmanje su razlike kad se radi o zaposlenim ženama i muškarcima u skandinavskim zemljama.

Iako Hrvatska danas ima najviše zaposlenih u zadnjih 20 godina (1,6 milijuna), čak više nego pretpotopne 2007., stručnjaci ističu da je mala vjerojatnost da ćemo dosegnuti cilj stope zaposlenosti EU za 2030., koja je postavljena na 78 posto.

Stopa zaposlenosti u Hrvatskoj koja još nije prešla 70% ovisi i o velikom broju ljudi koji su, kako ih se opisuje, trajno nezaposleni, kaže Nestić. A s druge strane, nezaposlenost koja je pala na niskih 6,1% u velikoj se mjeri može pripisati iseljavanju radno sposobnih Hrvata, kojih se u proteklom desetljeću, nagađa se, iselilo i do 400.000 (premda je to brojka koja, ističe Nestić, još nije potvrđena ozbiljnijim istraživanjem).

Iako je premijer Andrej Plenković nedavno poručio da Hrvatska ima "nikad veću zaposlenost, a nikad manju nezaposlenost", nedavna statistika Eurostata pokazuje da je Hrvatska na začelju Europske unije prema lanjskoj stopi zaposlenih Hrvata u dobnoj skupini između 20 i 64 godine, piše Jutarnji.

Riječ je, bilježe statističari, o omjeru broja zaposlenih i radno sposobnih muškaraca u dobi između 20 i 64 godine, a prema toj metrici, Hrvatska je na začelju Europe sa 74,5% zaposlenih Hrvata. Uz Hrvate, najgore u Europi stoje Grčka - 76,9% zaposlenih muškaraca, Srbija 76,2, Belgija 75,7, Španjolska 75 i Italija 74,7. S druge strane, najveću stopu zaposlenih ima Češka, 88,6%, potom Island 87,3, Malta 87,2, Nizozemska 86,9 i Švicarska 85,9.

Ekonomski stručnjak Danijel Nestić pripisuje to sljedećim razlozima: Hrvati ranije idu u mirovinu, dulje studiraju, a zbog Domovinskog rata imamo velik broj povlaštenih mirovina. Poznato je, imamo 1,22 milijuna umirovljenika, svaki treći Hrvat, a u prosjeku se studira 7,5 godina.

"Iako je kod nas službena godina umirovljenja dignuta na 65, i dalje ima puno opcija za raniji odlazak u mirovinu, što ljudi koriste. Pritom, ne možemo ignorirati i da smo imali rat zbog kojega i dalje velik broj branitelja ima povlaštene mirovine", objašnjava.
