Čini se da je ruski ministar vanjskih poslova Sergej Lavrov implicitno prijetio Moldaviji usred tekućeg rata protiv Ukrajine, za koji Kremlj i dalje tvrdi da ga je počinio Zapad.

Naime, Lavrov je jučer u Skoplju rekao da se Moldavija dovodi u opasnost željom da se priključi Europskoj uniji. To je rekao tijekom ministarske konferencije OESS-a. Njegove riječi izazvale su buru na konferenciji, čuo se i žamor tijekom njegova izlaganja, pa je u jednom trenutku šef ruske diplomacije poručio kolegama.

U lipnju prošle godine su članice EU Moldaviji ponudile potporu i dodijelile joj status kandidata. Ta je potpora potvrđena u ožujku ove godine.

- Kozak memorandum, koji je mogao prije 20 godina riješiti situaciju u Moldaviji, jedan je od osujećenih pokušaja rješavanja akutnih problema našeg kontinenta na temelju načela OESS-a. U to su vrijeme NATO i Bruxelles torpedirali dokument. Zapravo, Moldaviji je suđeno da bude sljedeća žrtva u hibridnom ratu protiv Rusije koji je pokrenuo Zapad, rekao je Lavrov, prenosi Newsweek.

Kozakov memorandum bio je plan iz 2003. godine, koji je predložila Rusija, a koji je pokušao riješiti odnose između Moldavije i Pridnjestrovlja, separatističke regije koja se 1990. odvojila od Moldavije. Tadašnji predsjednik Moldavije Vladimir Voronin na kraju je odbacio taj memorandum.

Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova Moldavije jučer je osudilo komentare Lavrova, a rusku invaziju na Rusiju nazvalo je brutalnom.

- Ruske izjave dio su niza neprijateljskih akcija koje Ruska Federacija pokušava provesti prema našoj zemlji tijekom proteklih 30 godina. Srećom, sve ovo vrijeme partnerske države na Zapadu bile su uz nas i pomagale nam da prevladamo te prijetnje, rekao je.

- Uzimajući u obzir da je ministar Lavrov ipak stigao na ministarski sastanak OESS-a, nadamo se da će našu jasnu i oštru poruku razumjeti i on: Republika Moldavija ide, nepovratno, europskim putem, i danas više nego ikad inzistiramo na trenutačnom i bezuvjetnom povlačenju ruskih trupa s našeg teritorija, dodaje se u izjavi.

Ruski su dužnosnici 24. studenog prekorili Moldaviju i zaprijetili osvetom nakon što je njezin parlament izglasao pridruživanje sankcijama EU protiv Rusije vezano uz rat u Ukrajini. Savjetnik ukrajinskog ministra vanjskih poslova, Anton Geraščenko, napisao je na Twitteru da Lavrovljevi komentari potvrđuju da Rusija nema namjeru stati na Ukrajini, osim ako ju se ne zaustavi.

Profesor na Sveučilištu Wisconsin-Madison, Mikhail Troicki, rekao je za Newsweek da Lavrovljevi komentari udvostručuju stajalište Rusije da je bila prisiljena ili potaknuta da napadne Ukrajinu jer se ta zemlja približava ulasku u NATO savez.

Nove primjedbe Lavrova mogle bi biti alarmantne, dodaje Troicki, zbog toga što Rusija sada smatra neprihvatljivim ne samo ulazak u NATO, već i ulazak u EU.

- Lavrov kaže da je problem s Moldavijom za Rusiju i to što Moldavija i zapadni partneri istiskuju Rusiju iz procesa Transnistrije.Ali za razliku od secesionističkih republika Donbasa u istočnoj Ukrajini, Pridnjestrovlje Rusija nikada nije smatrala velikim sigurnosnim izazovom ruskom svijetu. Stoga je prirodno da Moldavija ovo shvaća kao prijetnju sličnu onoj koju je Moskva uputila Kijevu početkom 2022. godine, dodaje Troitskiy.

Čini se da je ruski ministar vanjskih poslova Sergej Lavrov implicitno prijetio Moldaviji usred tekućeg rata protiv Ukrajine, za koji Kremlj i dalje tvrdi da ga je počinio Zapad.

Naime, Lavrov je jučer u Skoplju rekao da se Moldavija dovodi u opasnost željom da se priključi Europskoj uniji. To je rekao tijekom ministarske konferencije OESS-a. Njegove riječi izazvale su buru na konferenciji, čuo se i žamor tijekom njegova izlaganja, pa je u jednom trenutku šef ruske diplomacije poručio kolegama.

U lipnju prošle godine su članice EU Moldaviji ponudile potporu i dodijelile joj status kandidata. Ta je potpora potvrđena u ožujku ove godine.

- Kozak memorandum, koji je mogao prije 20 godina riješiti situaciju u Moldaviji, jedan je od osujećenih pokušaja rješavanja akutnih problema našeg kontinenta na temelju načela OESS-a. U to su vrijeme NATO i Bruxelles torpedirali dokument. Zapravo, Moldaviji je suđeno da bude sljedeća žrtva u hibridnom ratu protiv Rusije koji je pokrenuo Zapad, rekao je Lavrov, prenosi Newsweek.

Kozakov memorandum bio je plan iz 2003. godine, koji je predložila Rusija, a koji je pokušao riješiti odnose između Moldavije i Pridnjestrovlja, separatističke regije koja se 1990. odvojila od Moldavije. Tadašnji predsjednik Moldavije Vladimir Voronin na kraju je odbacio taj memorandum.

Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova Moldavije jučer je osudilo komentare Lavrova, a rusku invaziju na Rusiju nazvalo je brutalnom.

- Ruske izjave dio su niza neprijateljskih akcija koje Ruska Federacija pokušava provesti prema našoj zemlji tijekom proteklih 30 godina. Srećom, sve ovo vrijeme partnerske države na Zapadu bile su uz nas i pomagale nam da prevladamo te prijetnje, rekao je.

- Uzimajući u obzir da je ministar Lavrov ipak stigao na ministarski sastanak OESS-a, nadamo se da će našu jasnu i oštru poruku razumjeti i on: Republika Moldavija ide, nepovratno, europskim putem, i danas više nego ikad inzistiramo na trenutačnom i bezuvjetnom povlačenju ruskih trupa s našeg teritorija, dodaje se u izjavi.

Ruski su dužnosnici 24. studenog prekorili Moldaviju i zaprijetili osvetom nakon što je njezin parlament izglasao pridruživanje sankcijama EU protiv Rusije vezano uz rat u Ukrajini. Taj je potez Moldavije dio koraka za izmjenu zakonodavstva kako bi se mogla kandidirati za pridruženje EU, donosi Jutarnji list

Savjetnik ukrajinskog ministra vanjskih poslova, Anton Geraščenko, napisao je na Twitteru da Lavrovljevi komentari potvrđuju da Rusija nema namjeru stati na Ukrajini, osim ako ju se ne zaustavi.

Profesor na Sveučilištu Wisconsin-Madison, Mikhail Troicki, rekao je za Newsweek da Lavrovljevi komentari udvostručuju stajalište Rusije da je bila prisiljena ili potaknuta da napadne Ukrajinu jer se ta zemlja približava ulasku u NATO savez.

Nove primjedbe Lavrova mogle bi biti alarmantne, dodaje Troicki, zbog toga što Rusija sada smatra neprihvatljivim ne samo ulazak u NATO, već i ulazak u EU.

- Lavrov kaže da je problem s Moldavijom za Rusiju i to što Moldavija i zapadni partneri istiskuju Rusiju iz procesa Transnistrije.Ali za razliku od secesionističkih republika Donbasa u istočnoj Ukrajini, Pridnjestrovlje Rusija nikada nije smatrala velikim sigurnosnim izazovom ruskom svijetu. Stoga je prirodno da Moldavija ovo shvaća kao prijetnju sličnu onoj koju je Moskva uputila Kijevu početkom 2022. godine, dodaje Troitskiy.
