Našoj čitatelji na mobitel je stigla ponuda Raiffeisen banke u kojoj stoji da je njezina kartica privremeno suspendirana te da je potrebno kliknuti na link u stavku kako bi se tome pronašao uzrok. Ništa tu ne bi bilo čudno da je ona uopće klijentica Raiffeisen banke ili da ima kreditnu karticu. Znajući bolje, nije ušla na link koji bi joj vjerojatno opustošio račun, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Upozorenje na ovakve, ali i slične poruke i mailove RBA Hrvatska objavila je na svojoj web stranici, a njihove savjere prenosimo u cijelosti.
"Neke osobe su ovih dana počele dobivati lažne mailove i SMS-ove koji ih obavještavaju o neobičnim aktivnostima na njihovoj kartici i pri tome traže tajne podatke ispisane na kartici. Nikako ne odgovarajte na takve i slične poruke i nikada ne odajte tajne podatke s kartice. Cilj lažnih poruka je preuzimanje tajnih podataka kartica, odnosno CVC/CVV broja. Taj broj se nalazi na poleđini kartice, predstavlja sigurnosni kod kartice i za vlasnika kartice pruža dodatnu sigurnost pri online kupovini.
Kako se prepoznaje ova lažna komunikacija?
U porukama se navodi da je zbog neobičnih aktivnosti na kreditnoj kartici suspendirana bankovna kartica. Također se nudi link za provjeru statusa kartice, odnosno ponovno aktiviranje kartice.

Kako ne biste nasjeli na pokušaj prijevare, znajte da banka od vas nikada neće tražiti:
• PIN bilo koje RBA kartice ili autentifikacijskog uređaja,
• CVV/CVC kreditne kartice,
• unos aktivacijskih kodova za mobilno bankarstvo na web stranice,
• instalaciju nekog alata poslanog putem e-mail poruke ili SMS-a te
• datum, vrijeme i iznos transakcije ili pristupni kod za prijavu na internetsko bankarstvo", zaključili su iz RBA.

Našoj čitatelji na mobitel je stigla ponuda Raiffeisen banke u kojoj stoji da je njezina kartica privremeno suspendirana te da je potrebno kliknuti na link u stavku kako bi se tome pronašao uzrok. Ništa tu ne bi bilo čudno da je ona uopće klijentica Raiffeisen banke ili da ima kreditnu karticu. Znajući bolje, nije ušla na link koji bi joj vjerojatno opustošio račun, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Upozorenje na ovakve, ali i slične poruke i mailove RBA Hrvatska objavila je na svojoj web stranici, a njihove savjere prenosimo u cijelosti.
"Neke osobe su ovih dana počele dobivati lažne mailove i SMS-ove koji ih obavještavaju o neobičnim aktivnostima na njihovoj kartici i pri tome traže tajne podatke ispisane na kartici. Nikako ne odgovarajte na takve i slične poruke i nikada ne odajte tajne podatke s kartice. Cilj lažnih poruka je preuzimanje tajnih podataka kartica, odnosno CVC/CVV broja. Taj broj se nalazi na poleđini kartice, predstavlja sigurnosni kod kartice i za vlasnika kartice pruža dodatnu sigurnost pri online kupovini.

U porukama se navodi da je zbog neobičnih aktivnosti na kreditnoj kartici suspendirana bankovna kartica. Također se nudi link za provjeru statusa kartice, odnosno ponovno aktiviranje kartice.

Kako ne biste nasjeli na pokušaj prijevare, znajte da banka od vas nikada neće tražiti:
• PIN bilo koje RBA kartice ili autentifikacijskog uređaja,
• CVV/CVC kreditne kartice,
• unos aktivacijskih kodova za mobilno bankarstvo na web stranice,
• instalaciju nekog alata poslanog putem e-mail poruke ili SMS-a te
• datum, vrijeme i iznos transakcije ili pristupni kod za prijavu na internetsko bankarstvo", zaključili su iz RBA.
