Predsjednik Vlade i šef HDZ-a Andrej Plenković odlučio je ustrajati na svojoj odluci da Ivan Turudić postane novi glavni državni odvjetnik unatoč eksplozivnim porukama koje su mediji objavili zadnjih dana, a koje otkrivaju da je sudac Visokog kaznenog suda lagao o svom odnosu s bivšom državnom tajnicom, a sada USKOK-ovom okrivljenicom za korupciju Josipom Pleslić, ex Rimac.

Nisu bili tek poznanici, kako je on rekao, nego su tijekom četiri godine imali vrlo blizak odnos.

Za Plenkovića to nije laganje, nego "reduciranje izričaja".

Poruke pokazuju i kako su tadašnja državna tajnica i predsjednik Županijskog suda u Zagrebu jedno drugome radili usluge. On je s njom dijelio informacije o istrazi pokrenutoj protiv nje 2014., a ona za njega lobirala za još jedan mandat na čelu najvećeg suda u državi, piše Jutarnji list.

- Riječ je o pravosudnom voajerizmu – ispalio je Plenković, kao da je tek riječ o tračevima koje prepričavaju pravosudni dužnosnici na kavi, a ne autentičnim porukama koje su prikupljene tijekom tajnog nadzora HDZ-ove dužnosnice ogrezle u korupciju.

Dok je premijer u podužem izlaganju medijima branio svog kandidata za šefa DORH-a, poručivši kako nema dokaza da je bilo kome pogodovao, Jutarnji list objavio je još ekskluzivnih poruka iz kojih je vidljivo da je Josipa Rimac tadašnjem glavnom tajniku HDZ-a Milijanu Brkiću pisala: "Turudić kad je bio kod mene, kaže možeš biti mirna nema privođenja".

Hoće li i nakon ovoga premijer reći da tu nema ništa sporno, tek treba vidjeti, ali sudeći po današnjem njegovu nastupu, lako moguće da ni to što tadašnji šef najvažnijeg suda u Hrvatskoj otkriva HDZ-ovoj vrhuški hoće li biti uhićenja, neće predstavljati problem da se baš on instalira na najvažniju poziciju pravosudnog aparata.

Cijelu ovu aferu, koja bi u svakoj normalnoj državi Turudića stajala fotelje glavnog državnog odvjetnika, a vrlo vjerojatno i sudačke dužnosti, dok bi se političari morali dobro oprati kako ne bi izgubili povjerenje birača na izborima, otvorili su mediji, točnije Jutarnji list. I treba je promatrati u kontekstu namjere vladajućih da takozvanim lex AP-om pokušaju spriječiti naše izvore da nam dostavljaju ovakve i slične poruke, koje su nesumnjivo u javnom interesu.

Ako nije bila dovoljna izjava premijera da se mora spriječiti curenje podataka iz istraga kako se ne bi radila politička šteta, onda je današnji Plenkovićev nastup potpuno razotkrio namjeru HDZ-a da medijima začepi usta i zastraši naše izvore.

"Ovo je veliki skandal u kojem mali krug ljudi šalje poruke van i to neće proći! To nije normalno, niti je zdravo. Kako znamo da neki medij nije platio nekoga za ovo? Ovo je sve nenormalno", zaprijetio je Plenković.

Istina jest da je riječ o velikom skandalu i da je ovo sve nenormalno. Ali skandal je Turudićevo dopisivanje, kao i reakcija premijera na otkriće novinara, a doista nije normalno da je on još uvijek kandidat za glavnog državnog odvjetnika, piše Jutarnji list.

Predsjednik Vlade i šef HDZ-a Andrej Plenković odlučio je ustrajati na svojoj odluci da Ivan Turudić postane novi glavni državni odvjetnik unatoč eksplozivnim porukama koje su mediji objavili zadnjih dana, a koje otkrivaju da je sudac Visokog kaznenog suda lagao o svom odnosu s bivšom državnom tajnicom, a sada USKOK-ovom okrivljenicom za korupciju Josipom Pleslić, ex Rimac.

Nisu bili tek poznanici, kako je on rekao, nego su tijekom četiri godine imali vrlo blizak odnos.

Za Plenkovića to nije laganje, nego "reduciranje izričaja".

Poruke pokazuju i kako su tadašnja državna tajnica i predsjednik Županijskog suda u Zagrebu jedno drugome radili usluge. On je s njom dijelio informacije o istrazi pokrenutoj protiv nje 2014., a ona za njega lobirala za još jedan mandat na čelu najvećeg suda u državi, piše Jutarnji list.

- Riječ je o pravosudnom voajerizmu – ispalio je Plenković, kao da je tek riječ o tračevima koje prepričavaju pravosudni dužnosnici na kavi, a ne autentičnim porukama koje su prikupljene tijekom tajnog nadzora HDZ-ove dužnosnice ogrezle u korupciju.

Dok je premijer u podužem izlaganju medijima branio svog kandidata za šefa DORH-a, poručivši kako nema dokaza da je bilo kome pogodovao, Jutarnji list objavio je još ekskluzivnih poruka iz kojih je vidljivo da je Josipa Rimac tadašnjem glavnom tajniku HDZ-a Milijanu Brkiću pisala: "Turudić kad je bio kod mene, kaže možeš biti mirna nema privođenja".

Hoće li i nakon ovoga premijer reći da tu nema ništa sporno, tek treba vidjeti, ali sudeći po današnjem njegovu nastupu, lako moguće da ni to što tadašnji šef najvažnijeg suda u Hrvatskoj otkriva HDZ-ovoj vrhuški hoće li biti uhićenja, neće predstavljati problem da se baš on instalira na najvažniju poziciju pravosudnog aparata.

Cijelu ovu aferu, koja bi u svakoj normalnoj državi Turudića stajala fotelje glavnog državnog odvjetnika, a vrlo vjerojatno i sudačke dužnosti, dok bi se političari morali dobro oprati kako ne bi izgubili povjerenje birača na izborima, otvorili su mediji, točnije Jutarnji list. I treba je promatrati u kontekstu namjere vladajućih da takozvanim lex AP-om pokušaju spriječiti naše izvore da nam dostavljaju ovakve i slične poruke, koje su nesumnjivo u javnom interesu.

Ako nije bila dovoljna izjava premijera da se mora spriječiti curenje podataka iz istraga kako se ne bi radila politička šteta, onda je današnji Plenkovićev nastup potpuno razotkrio namjeru HDZ-a da medijima začepi usta i zastraši naše izvore.

"Ovo je veliki skandal u kojem mali krug ljudi šalje poruke van i to neće proći! To nije normalno, niti je zdravo. Kako znamo da neki medij nije platio nekoga za ovo? Ovo je sve nenormalno", zaprijetio je Plenković.

Istina jest da je riječ o velikom skandalu i da je ovo sve nenormalno. Ali skandal je Turudićevo dopisivanje, kao i reakcija premijera na otkriće novinara, a doista nije normalno da je on još uvijek kandidat za glavnog državnog odvjetnika, piše Jutarnji list.

Predsjednik Vlade i šef HDZ-a Andrej Plenković odlučio je ustrajati na svojoj odluci da Ivan Turudić postane novi glavni državni odvjetnik unatoč eksplozivnim porukama koje su mediji objavili zadnjih dana, a koje otkrivaju da je sudac Visokog kaznenog suda lagao o svom odnosu s bivšom državnom tajnicom, a sada USKOK-ovom okrivljenicom za korupciju Josipom Pleslić, ex Rimac.

Nisu bili tek poznanici, kako je on rekao, nego su tijekom četiri godine imali vrlo blizak odnos.

Za Plenkovića to nije laganje, nego "reduciranje izričaja".

Poruke pokazuju i kako su tadašnja državna tajnica i predsjednik Županijskog suda u Zagrebu jedno drugome radili usluge. On je s njom dijelio informacije o istrazi pokrenutoj protiv nje 2014., a ona za njega lobirala za još jedan mandat na čelu najvećeg suda u državi, piše Jutarnji list.

- Riječ je o pravosudnom voajerizmu – ispalio je Plenković, kao da je tek riječ o tračevima koje prepričavaju pravosudni dužnosnici na kavi, a ne autentičnim porukama koje su prikupljene tijekom tajnog nadzora HDZ-ove dužnosnice ogrezle u korupciju.

Dok je premijer u podužem izlaganju medijima branio svog kandidata za šefa DORH-a, poručivši kako nema dokaza da je bilo kome pogodovao, Jutarnji list objavio je još ekskluzivnih poruka iz kojih je vidljivo da je Josipa Rimac tadašnjem glavnom tajniku HDZ-a Milijanu Brkiću pisala: "Turudić kad je bio kod mene, kaže možeš biti mirna nema privođenja".
