Nakon što je stanarka zgrade u Vrbaničevoj ulici u zagrebu odlučila nelegalno drvenom konstrukcijom proširiti balkon, ne mareći za zakon, državni inspektorat je, vidjevši fotografije na društvenim mrežama, odlučilo izići na teren. Taman kad je gospođa vlasnica improviziranog balkona najavila kako s novinarima neće razgovarati, samo s inspekcijom, ispunit će joj se želja, javlja RTL.

Vlasnica će se morati očitovati o cijelom slučaju te će inspektorat uz obavljanje izmjera i uvida u dokumentaciju dostaviti rješenje o uklanjanju konstrukcije u roku od 30 dana. Pitanje je tek hoće li vlasnica sporne strukture, znajući da je nelegalna, krenuti u uklanjanje iste prije ili nakon rješenja inspekcije, jer je danas nakon medisjke eksponiranosti cijelog slučaja, susjedima porukom javila da će sve u prvobitno stanje vratiti sama.

Kazne za ovakvo nešto su od 30 do 100 tisuća kuna ovisno o izgrađenosti.

Nakon što je stanarka zgrade u Vrbaničevoj ulici u zagrebu odlučila nelegalno drvenom konstrukcijom proširiti balkon, ne mareći za zakon, državni inspektorat je, vidjevši fotografije na društvenim mrežama, odlučilo izići na teren. Taman kad je gospođa vlasnica improviziranog balkona najavila kako s novinarima neće razgovarati, samo s inspekcijom, ispunit će joj se želja, javlja RTL.

Vlasnica će se morati očitovati o cijelom slučaju te će inspektorat uz obavljanje izmjera i uvida u dokumentaciju dostaviti rješenje o uklanjanju konstrukcije u roku od 30 dana. Pitanje je tek hoće li vlasnica sporne strukture, znajući da je nelegalna, krenuti u uklanjanje iste prije ili nakon rješenja inspekcije, jer je danas nakon medisjke eksponiranosti cijelog slučaja, susjedima porukom javila da će sve u prvobitno stanje vratiti sama.

Kazne za ovakvo nešto su od 30 do 100 tisuća kuna ovisno o izgrađenosti.

Inspektorat izlazi na teren zbog najpoznatijeg balkona u Hrvatskoj, vlasnica najavila da će sama ukloniti drvenu nadogradnju

Nakon što je stanarka zgrade u Vrbaničevoj ulici u zagrebu odlučila nelegalno drvenom konstrukcijom proširiti balkon, ne mareći za zakon, državni inspektorat je, vidjevši fotografije na društvenim mrežama, odlučilo izići na teren. Taman kad je gospođa vlasnica improviziranog balkona najavila kako s novinarima neće razgovarati, samo s inspekcijom, ispunit će joj se želja, javlja RTL.

Vlasnica će se morati očitovati o cijelom slučaju te će inspektorat uz obavljanje izmjera i uvida u dokumentaciju dostaviti rješenje o uklanjanju konstrukcije u roku od 30 dana. Pitanje je tek hoće li vlasnica sporne strukture, znajući da je nelegalna, krenuti u uklanjanje iste prije ili nakon rješenja inspekcije, jer je danas nakon medisjke eksponiranosti cijelog slučaja, susjedima porukom javila da će sve u prvobitno stanje vratiti sama.

Kazne za ovakvo nešto su od 30 do 100 tisuća kuna ovisno o izgrađenosti.
