Član uprave Belupa Marko Đerek prodao je prošle srijede 7500 opcijskih dionica. Čini se kako je kupac tih dionica jako poznato ime.

Đerek je dionice koje je preuzeo od Podravke prodao na burzi za 4,59 milijuna kuna. Zanimljivo je kako je upravo tog dana, u srijedu, točno 7500 dionica kupila – Mesna industrija Braća Pivac, piše Danica, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Pivci danas, tako, imaju 234.159 dionica čija je tržišna vrijednost blizu 144 milijuna kuna. Oni su osmi najveći dioničar Podravke, odmah iza mirovinskih i državnih fondova, s udjelom od otprilike 3,3 posto.

Podravka je u protekla dva tjedna otpustila 15.800 vlastitih dionica tržišno vrijednih 9,7 milijuna kuna u korist sadašnjih i bivših menadžera kompanije. Riječ je o opcijskim dionicama.

Najprije su dva bivša menadžera potkraj listopada iskoristila pravo na ukupno 8300 opcija, a potom je isto pravo koristio i član uprave Belupa Marko Đerek za svoj godišnji paket od 7500 dionica koje je odmah prodao na burzi.

Kako doznaje Danica.hr., bivši i sadašnji menadžeri Podravke ovog časa imaju pravo na ukupno 176.000 opcijskih dionica tržišno vrijednih čak 108 milijuna kuna. Lani su u ovo doba menadžeri imali pravo na ukupno oko 250.000 dionica. Neke su opcije u međuvremenu iskorištene.

Zbog toga Podravka ove godine gotovo svakodnevno mora kupovati dionice na burzi kako bi imala dovoljnu količinu za menadžere. Danas Podravka više nema ni 100.000 vlastitih dionica, što je osjetno manje od količine koja je dodijeljena menadžerima.

Član uprave Belupa Marko Đerek prodao je prošle srijede 7500 opcijskih dionica. Čini se kako je kupac tih dionica jako poznato ime.

Đerek je dionice koje je preuzeo od Podravke prodao na burzi za 4,59 milijuna kuna. Zanimljivo je kako je upravo tog dana, u srijedu, točno 7500 dionica kupila – Mesna industrija Braća Pivac, piše Danica, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Pivci danas, tako, imaju 234.159 dionica čija je tržišna vrijednost blizu 144 milijuna kuna. Oni su osmi najveći dioničar Podravke, odmah iza mirovinskih i državnih fondova, s udjelom od otprilike 3,3 posto.

Podravka je u protekla dva tjedna otpustila 15.800 vlastitih dionica tržišno vrijednih 9,7 milijuna kuna u korist sadašnjih i bivših menadžera kompanije. Riječ je o opcijskim dionicama.

Najprije su dva bivša menadžera potkraj listopada iskoristila pravo na ukupno 8300 opcija, a potom je isto pravo koristio i član uprave Belupa Marko Đerek za svoj godišnji paket od 7500 dionica koje je odmah prodao na burzi.

Kako doznaje Danica.hr., bivši i sadašnji menadžeri Podravke ovog časa imaju pravo na ukupno 176.000 opcijskih dionica tržišno vrijednih čak 108 milijuna kuna. Lani su u ovo doba menadžeri imali pravo na ukupno oko 250.000 dionica. Neke su opcije u međuvremenu iskorištene.

Zbog toga Podravka ove godine gotovo svakodnevno mora kupovati dionice na burzi kako bi imala dovoljnu količinu za menadžere. Danas Podravka više nema ni 100.000 vlastitih dionica, što je osjetno manje od količine koja je dodijeljena menadžerima.

Član uprave Belupa Marko Đerek prodao je prošle srijede 7500 opcijskih dionica. Čini se kako je kupac tih dionica jako poznato ime.

Đerek je dionice koje je preuzeo od Podravke prodao na burzi za 4,59 milijuna kuna. Zanimljivo je kako je upravo tog dana, u srijedu, točno 7500 dionica kupila – Mesna industrija Braća Pivac, piše Danica, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Pivci danas, tako, imaju 234.159 dionica čija je tržišna vrijednost blizu 144 milijuna kuna. Oni su osmi najveći dioničar Podravke, odmah iza mirovinskih i državnih fondova, s udjelom od otprilike 3,3 posto.

Podravka je u protekla dva tjedna otpustila 15.800 vlastitih dionica tržišno vrijednih 9,7 milijuna kuna u korist sadašnjih i bivših menadžera kompanije. Riječ je o opcijskim dionicama.

Najprije su dva bivša menadžera potkraj listopada iskoristila pravo na ukupno 8300 opcija, a potom je isto pravo koristio i član uprave Belupa Marko Đerek za svoj godišnji paket od 7500 dionica koje je odmah prodao na burzi.

Kako doznaje Danica.hr., bivši i sadašnji menadžeri Podravke ovog časa imaju pravo na ukupno 176.000 opcijskih dionica tržišno vrijednih čak 108 milijuna kuna. Lani su u ovo doba menadžeri imali pravo na ukupno oko 250.000 dionica. Neke su opcije u međuvremenu iskorištene.

Zbog toga Podravka ove godine gotovo svakodnevno mora kupovati dionice na burzi kako bi imala dovoljnu količinu za menadžere. Danas Podravka više nema ni 100.000 vlastitih dionica, što je osjetno manje od količine koja je dodijeljena menadžerima.
