Austrijanac koji je želio rezervirati hotel na hrvatskoj obali za početak rujna, upozorio je turiste da čitaju “sitna slova” na stranicama za rezervacije jer ih odmor može doći skuplje od planiranog - piše Fenix.

Kako javlja austrijski portal Heute, Martin D. iz Salzburga upozorio je na hotelsku rezervaciju koja je u sebi imala “skrivenu klauzulu”.

Naime, Martin D. se zainteresirao za hotel u vlasništvu jedne od vodećih austrijskih turističkih kompanija u Hrvatskoj.

No, tad je uočio kako sitnim slovima piše da hotel zadržava pravo promjene cijene nakon već sklopljenog ugovora o rezervaciji ako dođe do promjene kumulativnog indeksa mjesečne stope inflacije veće od 110 u odnosu na rujan 2022. godine izračunato prema Eurostatu.

– Ova se klauzula pojavljuje samo kada kliknete na mali, blijedo sivi pozivni znak. Uvjeren sam da mnogi ljudi neće otkriti sitna slova tijekom procesa rezervacije, kaže Martin D.

Prema onome što piše na stranici turističke kompanije, korekcija cijene moguća je do mjesec dana prije datuma dolaska, o čemu će gost biti obaviješten na odgovarajući način. Riječ je o cijenama koje su zapravo dopuštene prema hrvatskom zakonu i koje je tvrtka također potvrdila Austriji.

Gost može odbiti novu cijenu u roku od 8 dana, iako se ugovor smatra raskinutim i već uplaćeni iznos će biti vraćen.

– Gost se mora pravovremeno odjaviti. Budući da ovaj hotel možete besplatno otkazati do 4 dana prije dolaska uz odabranu opciju “standardna cijena”, to ne bi trebao biti problem, napominje bečki odvjetnik dr. Eric Heinke.

Međutim, dugo očekivani odmor “pada u vodu”. Rizik koji Martin D. ne želi preuzeti pa se odlučio za drugi lanac hotela bez takve klauzule.

Austrijanac koji je želio rezervirati hotel na hrvatskoj obali za početak rujna, upozorio je turiste da čitaju “sitna slova” na stranicama za rezervacije jer ih odmor može doći skuplje od planiranog - piše Fenix.

Kako javlja austrijski portal Heute, Martin D. iz Salzburga upozorio je na hotelsku rezervaciju koja je u sebi imala “skrivenu klauzulu”.

Naime, Martin D. se zainteresirao za hotel u vlasništvu jedne od vodećih austrijskih turističkih kompanija u Hrvatskoj.

No, tad je uočio kako sitnim slovima piše da hotel zadržava pravo promjene cijene nakon već sklopljenog ugovora o rezervaciji ako dođe do promjene kumulativnog indeksa mjesečne stope inflacije veće od 110 u odnosu na rujan 2022. godine izračunato prema Eurostatu.

– Ova se klauzula pojavljuje samo kada kliknete na mali, blijedo sivi pozivni znak. Uvjeren sam da mnogi ljudi neće otkriti sitna slova tijekom procesa rezervacije, kaže Martin D.

Prema onome što piše na stranici turističke kompanije, korekcija cijene moguća je do mjesec dana prije datuma dolaska, o čemu će gost biti obaviješten na odgovarajući način. Riječ je o cijenama koje su zapravo dopuštene prema hrvatskom zakonu i koje je tvrtka također potvrdila Austriji.

Gost može odbiti novu cijenu u roku od 8 dana, iako se ugovor smatra raskinutim i već uplaćeni iznos će biti vraćen.

– Gost se mora pravovremeno odjaviti. Budući da ovaj hotel možete besplatno otkazati do 4 dana prije dolaska uz odabranu opciju “standardna cijena”, to ne bi trebao biti problem, napominje bečki odvjetnik dr. Eric Heinke.

Međutim, dugo očekivani odmor “pada u vodu”. Rizik koji Martin D. ne želi preuzeti pa se odlučio za drugi lanac hotela bez takve klauzule.

– Važno je čitati sitna slova prilikom rezervacije hotela u Hrvatskoj, poručio je Martin D. - piše Fenix.
