Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu ukinuo je istražni zatvor poduzetniku Blažu Petroviću i odvjetniku Branimiru Zmijanoviću osumnjičenima zbog podmićivanja šibenske sutkinje Maje Šupe koja je u međuvremenu razriješena dužnosti, piše Slobodna.

Šupe je na slobodu izašla prošlog tjedna nakon što ju je Državno sudbeno vijeće (DSV) razriješilo sudačke dužnosti, a i ispitani su svi predloženi svjedoci.

"Sudsko vijeće je procijenilo da više ne postoje okolnosti da bi osumnjičeni na slobodi mogli počiniti novo ili drugo kazneno djelo pa su pušteni iz istražnog zatvora u kasnim popodnevnim satima srijede, rekao je za Hinu Dinko Mešin, glasnogovornik Županijskog suda u Splitu.

"Nakon provede istrage, ako postoji osnovana sumnja da su počinili djelo, bit će podignuta optužnica", dodao je Mešin.

Uskok Zmijanovića tereti da je bio posrednik koruptivnog nedjela u kojem je sutkinja primila mito od 15 tisuća eura da donese oslobađajuću presudu Blaži Petroviću.

Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu ukinuo je istražni zatvor poduzetniku Blažu Petroviću i odvjetniku Branimiru Zmijanoviću osumnjičenima zbog podmićivanja šibenske sutkinje Maje Šupe koja je u međuvremenu razriješena dužnosti, piše Slobodna.

Šupe je na slobodu izašla prošlog tjedna nakon što ju je Državno sudbeno vijeće (DSV) razriješilo sudačke dužnosti, a i ispitani su svi predloženi svjedoci.

"Sudsko vijeće je procijenilo da više ne postoje okolnosti da bi osumnjičeni na slobodi mogli počiniti novo ili drugo kazneno djelo pa su pušteni iz istražnog zatvora u kasnim popodnevnim satima srijede, rekao je za Hinu Dinko Mešin, glasnogovornik Županijskog suda u Splitu.

"Nakon provede istrage, ako postoji osnovana sumnja da su počinili djelo, bit će podignuta optužnica", dodao je Mešin.

Uskok Zmijanovića tereti da je bio posrednik koruptivnog nedjela u kojem je sutkinja primila mito od 15 tisuća eura da donese oslobađajuću presudu Blaži Petroviću.

Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu ukinuo je istražni zatvor poduzetniku Blažu Petroviću i odvjetniku Branimiru Zmijanoviću osumnjičenima zbog podmićivanja šibenske sutkinje Maje Šupe koja je u međuvremenu razriješena dužnosti, piše Slobodna.

Šupe je na slobodu izašla prošlog tjedna nakon što ju je Državno sudbeno vijeće (DSV) razriješilo sudačke dužnosti, a i ispitani su svi predloženi svjedoci.

"Sudsko vijeće je procijenilo da više ne postoje okolnosti da bi osumnjičeni na slobodi mogli počiniti novo ili drugo kazneno djelo pa su pušteni iz istražnog zatvora u kasnim popodnevnim satima srijede, rekao je za Hinu Dinko Mešin, glasnogovornik Županijskog suda u Splitu.

"Nakon provede istrage, ako postoji osnovana sumnja da su počinili djelo, bit će podignuta optužnica", dodao je Mešin.

Uskok Zmijanovića tereti da je bio posrednik koruptivnog nedjela u kojem je sutkinja primila mito od 15 tisuća eura da donese oslobađajuću presudu Blaži Petroviću.
