[fulltext] => Na Kaznenom odjelu dubrovačkog Općinskog suda danas je održana samo kratka rasprava u pravosudnom postupku po privatnoj tužbi Joze Ostojića (60) protiv okrivljenih Igora Žuvele (65), Ivice Sentića (58), Ante Milojevića (46) i Mara Kristića (39). Riječ je o postupku u kojem se, prema u siječnju ove godine izmijenjenom činjeničnom i pravnom opisu kaznenog djela, optuženici terete da su ozbiljnom prijetnjom u sastavu grupe prisilile drugu osobu, konkretno: privatnog tužitelja, da nešto učini uz prijetnju da će njega i njemu bliske osobe teško tjelesno ozlijediti.
Ovaj put raspravi nisu nazočila dvojica okrivljenih: Žuvela zbog "visokofebrilnog stanja praćenog proljevom i povraćanjem" a Milojević zbog "privatnih obveza zaista ozbiljne naravi" kako je sud izvijestila njegova braniteljica Ana Birimiša.
Ni uoči ove rasprave poziv nije dostavljen svjedoku Radi Merdžanu kojem je pokrenut postupak odjave boravišta u Cavtatu, a trenutačno je navodno nedostupan na teritoriju susjedne BiH i općine Čapljina.
Sud nije prihvatio Ostojićev prijedlog da se na toj raspravi pregledaju DVD-snimke od 27. i 29. svibnja 2011. godine, a Kristićev branitelj, odvjetnik Dino Hadžiomerović ustvrdio da "cijeli spis nema veze s dokazima u spisu" te zatražio da se izmijenjeni optužni akt dostavi Optužnom vijeću i da se Merdžan svakako ispita.
Sutkinja je odlučila odbiti te prijedloge a termin nove rasprave bit će naknadno zakazan.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Na Kaznenom odjelu dubrovačkog Općinskog suda danas je održana samo kratka rasprava u pravosudnom postupku po privatnoj tužbi Joze Ostojića (60) protiv okrivljenih Igora Žuvele (65), Ivice Sentića (58), Ante Milojevića (46) i Mara Kristića (39). Riječ je o postupku u kojem se, prema u siječnju ove godine izmijenjenom činjeničnom i pravnom opisu kaznenog djela, optuženici terete da su ozbiljnom prijetnjom u sastavu grupe prisilile drugu osobu, konkretno: privatnog tužitelja, da nešto učini uz prijetnju da će njega i njemu bliske osobe teško tjelesno ozlijediti.
Ovaj put raspravi nisu nazočila dvojica okrivljenih: Žuvela zbog "visokofebrilnog stanja praćenog proljevom i povraćanjem" a Milojević zbog "privatnih obveza zaista ozbiljne naravi" kako je sud izvijestila njegova braniteljica Ana Birimiša.
Ni uoči ove rasprave poziv nije dostavljen svjedoku Radi Merdžanu kojem je pokrenut postupak odjave boravišta u Cavtatu, a trenutačno je navodno nedostupan na teritoriju susjedne BiH i općine Čapljina.
Sud nije prihvatio Ostojićev prijedlog da se na toj raspravi pregledaju DVD-snimke od 27. i 29. svibnja 2011. godine, a Kristićev branitelj, odvjetnik Dino Hadžiomerović ustvrdio da "cijeli spis nema veze s dokazima u spisu" te zatražio da se izmijenjeni optužni akt dostavi Optužnom vijeću i da se Merdžan svakako ispita.
Sutkinja je odlučila odbiti te prijedloge a termin nove rasprave bit će naknadno zakazan.
