Već se danima prazne ‘police‘ online dućana zbog velikih rasprodaja, reklame nam iskaču čim otvorimo internet, a onda često i zavirimo što se još nudi. Ima artikala koji su traženiji, neki su rasprodani, drugih ima svega po nekoliko komada, a tih nekoliko komada ponuđeno je s različitim cijenama. Na primjer majica XS veličine drastično je jeftinija od iste majice u S, M, L, XL veličinama. Cijena, naime, raste onako kako ‘raste‘ veličina pa na kraju ispadne da najskuplje prođu žene koje kupuju XL veličinu. Razlika u cijenama može biti i 30-ak posto, što je neke potrošačice i uzrujalo i naljutilo. Otkud sad takav raspon cijena, je li riječ o diskriminaciji žena većeg broja i krupnijeg stasa!?

Naravno da smo mi žene osjetljive na takvu ‘diskriminaciju‘ i da nam je ovaj ‘problem‘ zapeo za oko. Jer ako je majica broj 46 za tridesetak postotaka skuplja nego kolegici do mene koja nosi broj 36, onda to zvuči ružno, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Ružno samo zato što nam cijena govori da nam je vrijeme smršavjeti, skinuti koju kilu, ući u manji broj... ukratko, govori nam da smo prevelike i predebele.

Najprije smo se pitali da li je takvo određivanje cijena za neke proizvode prema njihovoj veličini u skladu sa zakonom. Ane Knežević, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge za zaštitu potrošača, je kao i mi bila iznenađena različlitim cijenama odjeće prema veličini i priznala nam da do sada nikad nije naišla na tako nešto. Proučila je zakon i rekla nam da u njemu ne piše ništa što bi trgovcu moglo zabraniti ovakvu praksu.

Problem je možda u tome što takva praksa nikada nije ni bila kod nas, pa se pitamo je li po zakonu, ali izgleda da je sve moguće kad nije zabranjeno. Uostalom, odete li u dućan s metražom i kupujete tkaninu za hlače, ako ste malo ‘jači‘, da ne kažemo deblji, potrebno vam je najmanje 1,30 metara, pa i više od toga.

Imate li vitku liniju, pa se širina materijala lako prilagodi kroju, potrebno je kupiti samo dužinu od struka do stopala, a to je svakako manje novaca. Isto tako, odlučite li sašiti navlaku za novi jorgan koji umjesto starog od 1,30 x 2 m sada ima dimenzije 2,20 x 1,50 m, jasno je da morate kupiti više materijala. A to znači da će račun biti veći.

Možda su se trgovci počeli voditi za tom logikom, a možda su cijene jednostavno povećavali prema potražnji.

Ali, ipak se vratimo početku s pitanjem zašto mi trgovac želi reći da sam debela pa moram više platiti pidžamu? Da li me trgovac diskriminira u odnosu prema vitkijim ženama?

Diskriminacija je osjetljivo pitanje, a da li je ovdje riječ o tome pitali smo Mirjanu Kučer iz splitke udruge Domine. I nju smo zatekli s ovim pitanjem. Objasnila nam je da takav slučaj - veća cijena za veći broj odjeće - do sada nije osvješten kao diskriminirajući pa se ne može ni reći da je riječ o diskriminaciji. Dakle, nije ništa takvo.

No, udruže li se žene koje nose veličine L, XL, XXL... i osvijeste svoje osjećaj da su diskriminirane, pa onda taj osjećaj procesuiraju na neki način... možda se trgovci predomisle i vrate dobru staru praksu: jedan model jedna cijena u svim veličinama.

Već se danima prazne ‘police‘ online dućana zbog velikih rasprodaja, reklame nam iskaču čim otvorimo internet, a onda često i zavirimo što se još nudi. Ima artikala koji su traženiji, neki su rasprodani, drugih ima svega po nekoliko komada, a tih nekoliko komada ponuđeno je s različitim cijenama. Na primjer majica XS veličine drastično je jeftinija od iste majice u S, M, L, XL veličinama. Cijena, naime, raste onako kako ‘raste‘ veličina pa na kraju ispadne da najskuplje prođu žene koje kupuju XL veličinu. Razlika u cijenama može biti i 30-ak posto, što je neke potrošačice i uzrujalo i naljutilo. Otkud sad takav raspon cijena, je li riječ o diskriminaciji žena većeg broja i krupnijeg stasa!?

Naravno da smo mi žene osjetljive na takvu ‘diskriminaciju‘ i da nam je ovaj ‘problem‘ zapeo za oko. Jer ako je majica broj 46 za tridesetak postotaka skuplja nego kolegici do mene koja nosi broj 36, onda to zvuči ružno, donosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Ružno samo zato što nam cijena govori da nam je vrijeme smršavjeti, skinuti koju kilu, ući u manji broj... ukratko, govori nam da smo prevelike i predebele.

Najprije smo se pitali da li je takvo određivanje cijena za neke proizvode prema njihovoj veličini u skladu sa zakonom. Ane Knežević, predsjednica Hrvatske udruge za zaštitu potrošača, je kao i mi bila iznenađena različlitim cijenama odjeće prema veličini i priznala nam da do sada nikad nije naišla na tako nešto. Proučila je zakon i rekla nam da u njemu ne piše ništa što bi trgovcu moglo zabraniti ovakvu praksu.

Problem je možda u tome što takva praksa nikada nije ni bila kod nas, pa se pitamo je li po zakonu, ali izgleda da je sve moguće kad nije zabranjeno. Uostalom, odete li u dućan s metražom i kupujete tkaninu za hlače, ako ste malo ‘jači‘, da ne kažemo deblji, potrebno vam je najmanje 1,30 metara, pa i više od toga.

Imate li vitku liniju, pa se širina materijala lako prilagodi kroju, potrebno je kupiti samo dužinu od struka do stopala, a to je svakako manje novaca. Isto tako, odlučite li sašiti navlaku za novi jorgan koji umjesto starog od 1,30 x 2 m sada ima dimenzije 2,20 x 1,50 m, jasno je da morate kupiti više materijala. A to znači da će račun biti veći.

Možda su se trgovci počeli voditi za tom logikom, a možda su cijene jednostavno povećavali prema potražnji.

Ali, ipak se vratimo početku s pitanjem zašto mi trgovac želi reći da sam debela pa moram više platiti pidžamu? Da li me trgovac diskriminira u odnosu prema vitkijim ženama?

Diskriminacija je osjetljivo pitanje, a da li je ovdje riječ o tome pitali smo Mirjanu Kučer iz splitke udruge Domine. I nju smo zatekli s ovim pitanjem. Objasnila nam je da takav slučaj - veća cijena za veći broj odjeće - do sada nije osvješten kao diskriminirajući pa se ne može ni reći da je riječ o diskriminaciji. Dakle, nije ništa takvo.

No, udruže li se žene koje nose veličine L, XL, XXL... i osvijeste svoje osjećaj da su diskriminirane, pa onda taj osjećaj procesuiraju na neki način... možda se trgovci predomisle i vrate dobru staru praksu: jedan model jedna cijena u svim veličinama.
