Aronija je četiri do šest puta bogatija antioksidansima od brusnice i ostalog bobičastog i drugog voća. Nazivaju je superhranom i sibirskom borovnicom, a nosi i epitet namirnice budućnosti. Svježi plodovi aronije su među najbogatijima antioksidansima i prava su riznica biološki aktivnih spojeva, ima ih više od 300, piše Doktor u kući, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Zbog visokog udjela antioksidansa i vitamina C i E aronija djeluje antivirusno, antibakterijski i protuupalno. Bogata je antioksidansom antocijanom, koji jača imunitet, smanjuje rizik od raka i usporava starenje. Stimulira rad štitnjače pa se posebno preporučuje osobama s hipotireozom. Sprečava nastanak kardiovaskularnih bolesti, snižava visoki tlak i kolesterol te potiče proizvodnju dobrog kolesterola. Stimulira rad jetre, pomaže kod žučnih kamenaca i upala žučnog mjehura. Smiruje grčeve i bolove u crijevima, smanjuje upalu sluznice crijeva i zaustavlja proljev. Aronija je korisna i kod upale mokraćnih puteva.

Uočivši njenu moć, aroniju su primjenjivali nakon nuklearne katastrofe u Černobilu kako bi ublažili tegobe bolesnika izloženih zračenju.

Tko mora biti na oprezu

Za prevenciju i očuvanje dobrog zdravlja preporučuje se pola do deci soka na dan tijekom dva tjedna po jednom godišnjem dobu. Iskoristivost zdravih sastojaka bolja je ako je konzumirate nakon jela.Također, visoki sadržaj pektina i voćnih kiselina može kod nekih osoba s osetljivim želucem izazvati mučninu, piše Doktor u kući.

Aronija je četiri do šest puta bogatija antioksidansima od brusnice i ostalog bobičastog i drugog voća. Nazivaju je superhranom i sibirskom borovnicom, a nosi i epitet namirnice budućnosti. Svježi plodovi aronije su među najbogatijima antioksidansima i prava su riznica biološki aktivnih spojeva, ima ih više od 300, piše Doktor u kući, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Korisna zaštita od mnogih oboljenja.

Efikasno pročišćava organizam od štetnih tvari i teških metala i zato je korisna zaštita od mnogih oboljenja. Kao izuzetan antioksidans aronija sprečava stvaranje slobodnih radikala i napad na zdrave stanice u tijelu i krvnoj plazmi usporavajući time starenje organizma i sprečavajući razvoj kroničnih bolesti, uključujući i rak.

Zbog visokog udjela antioksidansa i vitamina C i E aronija djeluje antivirusno, antibakterijski i protuupalno. Bogata je antioksidansom antocijanom, koji jača imunitet, smanjuje rizik od raka i usporava starenje. Stimulira rad štitnjače pa se posebno preporučuje osobama s hipotireozom. Sprečava nastanak kardiovaskularnih bolesti, snižava visoki tlak i kolesterol te potiče proizvodnju dobrog kolesterola. Stimulira rad jetre, pomaže kod žučnih kamenaca i upala žučnog mjehura. Smiruje grčeve i bolove u crijevima, smanjuje upalu sluznice crijeva i zaustavlja proljev. Aronija je korisna i kod upale mokraćnih puteva.

Uočivši njenu moć, aroniju su primjenjivali nakon nuklearne katastrofe u Černobilu kako bi ublažili tegobe bolesnika izloženih zračenju.

Tko mora biti na oprezu

Za prevenciju i očuvanje dobrog zdravlja preporučuje se pola do deci soka na dan tijekom dva tjedna po jednom godišnjem dobu. Iskoristivost zdravih sastojaka bolja je ako je konzumirate nakon jela.Također, visoki sadržaj pektina i voćnih kiselina može kod nekih osoba s osetljivim želucem izazvati mučninu, piše Doktor u kući.

Aronija je četiri do šest puta bogatija antioksidansima od brusnice i ostalog bobičastog i drugog voća. Nazivaju je superhranom i sibirskom borovnicom, a nosi i epitet namirnice budućnosti. Svježi plodovi aronije su među najbogatijima antioksidansima i prava su riznica biološki aktivnih spojeva, ima ih više od 300, piše Doktor u kući, a prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Korisna zaštita od mnogih oboljenja.

Efikasno pročišćava organizam od štetnih tvari i teških metala i zato je korisna zaštita od mnogih oboljenja. Kao izuzetan antioksidans aronija sprečava stvaranje slobodnih radikala i napad na zdrave stanice u tijelu i krvnoj plazmi usporavajući time starenje organizma i sprečavajući razvoj kroničnih bolesti, uključujući i rak.

Zbog visokog udjela antioksidansa i vitamina C i E aronija djeluje antivirusno, antibakterijski i protuupalno. Bogata je antioksidansom antocijanom, koji jača imunitet, smanjuje rizik od raka i usporava starenje. Stimulira rad štitnjače pa se posebno preporučuje osobama s hipotireozom. Sprečava nastanak kardiovaskularnih bolesti, snižava visoki tlak i kolesterol te potiče proizvodnju dobrog kolesterola. Stimulira rad jetre, pomaže kod žučnih kamenaca i upala žučnog mjehura. Smiruje grčeve i bolove u crijevima, smanjuje upalu sluznice crijeva i zaustavlja proljev. Aronija je korisna i kod upale mokraćnih puteva.

Uočivši njenu moć, aroniju su primjenjivali nakon nuklearne katastrofe u Černobilu kako bi ublažili tegobe bolesnika izloženih zračenju.

Tko mora biti na oprezu

Za prevenciju i očuvanje dobrog zdravlja preporučuje se pola do deci soka na dan tijekom dva tjedna po jednom godišnjem dobu. Iskoristivost zdravih sastojaka bolja je ako je konzumirate nakon jela.Također, visoki sadržaj pektina i voćnih kiselina može kod nekih osoba s osetljivim želucem izazvati mučninu, piše Doktor u kući.
