U međuvremenu se Vilović zaposlio u Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori kao v.d. direktor Sektora za graditeljstvo i komunalno gospodarstvo.

Optužnica Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Splitu teretila je Vilovića za povredu prava na rad i drugih prava iz rada. Kao predsjednik Uprave Trgovačkog društva "Jadrankamen" sa sjedištem u Pučišćima na otoku Braču, protivno odredbama kolektivnog ugovora i Zakona o radu, protekom roka od 15 dana u prosincu 2011. godine nije isplatio neto plaće za studeni za gotovo 300 radnika.

Nakon podizanja optužnice sudu je prodloženo izdavanje kaznenog naloga kojim bi se bez suđenja odredila krivnja i novčana kazna od prosječnih 100 dnevnih dohodaka.

Sud nije prihvatio zahtjev za izdavanjem naloga jer se radilo o slučaju u kojem je velik broj oštećenih i nastala šteta iznosila je više od milijun kuna. Slijedom toga sud je smatrao kako treba provesti suđenje na kojem će se provesti svi potrebni dokazi te je u listopadu prošle godine naložio  uređenje optužnice.

Nakon nadopune optužni akt je ponovo podnijet splitskom sudu i zakazano je suđenje. Vilović se teretio da nije isplatio plaću za 286 radnika i oštetio ih za ukupno 1.325.000 kuna. Optužnica navodi kako su radnici obavili rad u tom mjesecu, a njihova tvrtka je raspolagala sredstvima na žiroračunima i bila solventna.

Tijekom suđenja Vilović je negirao počinjenje kaznenog djela i objasnio kako nije isplatio plaće jer je podmirio druge obveze poduzeća. Naveo je također kako je sada zaposlen u HGK-u s osobnim dohotkom od 13.000 kuna. Među svjedocima je saslušano i sedam radnika bračke tvrtke.

Nakon provedene rasprave Vilović je proglašen krivim i kažnjen sa 100 njegovih prosječnih dnevnih dohodaka što ukupno iznosi 43.333 kune. Kaznu mora platiti u roku od 6 mjeseci od pravomoćnosti presude.

Sankcija koju za navedeno kazneno djelo propisuje Kazneni zakon može biti ili novčana ili do tri godine zatvora.

Što se tiče imovinsko-pravnog zahtjeva i povrata novca Nezavisni sindikat radnika "Jadrankamena", koji je i pokrenuo postupak podnošenjem kaznene prijave, upućen je u parnicu.

U međuvremenu se Vilović zaposlio u Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori kao v.d. direktor Sektora za graditeljstvo i komunalno gospodarstvo.

Optužnica Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Splitu teretila je Vilovića za povredu prava na rad i drugih prava iz rada. Kao predsjednik Uprave Trgovačkog društva "Jadrankamen" sa sjedištem u Pučišćima na otoku Braču, protivno odredbama kolektivnog ugovora i Zakona o radu, protekom roka od 15 dana u prosincu 2011. godine nije isplatio neto plaće za studeni za gotovo 300 radnika.

Nakon podizanja optužnice sudu je prodloženo izdavanje kaznenog naloga kojim bi se bez suđenja odredila krivnja i novčana kazna od prosječnih 100 dnevnih dohodaka.

Sud nije prihvatio zahtjev za izdavanjem naloga jer se radilo o slučaju u kojem je velik broj oštećenih i nastala šteta iznosila je više od milijun kuna. Slijedom toga sud je smatrao kako treba provesti suđenje na kojem će se provesti svi potrebni dokazi te je u listopadu prošle godine naložio  uređenje optužnice.

Nakon nadopune optužni akt je ponovo podnijet splitskom sudu i zakazano je suđenje. Vilović se teretio da nije isplatio plaću za 286 radnika i oštetio ih za ukupno 1.325.000 kuna. Optužnica navodi kako su radnici obavili rad u tom mjesecu, a njihova tvrtka je raspolagala sredstvima na žiroračunima i bila solventna.

Tijekom suđenja Vilović je negirao počinjenje kaznenog djela i objasnio kako nije isplatio plaće jer je podmirio druge obveze poduzeća. Naveo je također kako je sada zaposlen u HGK-u s osobnim dohotkom od 13.000 kuna. Među svjedocima je saslušano i sedam radnika bračke tvrtke.

Nakon provedene rasprave Vilović je proglašen krivim i kažnjen sa 100 njegovih prosječnih dnevnih dohodaka što ukupno iznosi 43.333 kune. Kaznu mora platiti u roku od 6 mjeseci od pravomoćnosti presude.

Sankcija koju za navedeno kazneno djelo propisuje Kazneni zakon može biti ili novčana ili do tri godine zatvora.

Što se tiče imovinsko-pravnog zahtjeva i povrata novca Nezavisni sindikat radnika "Jadrankamena", koji je i pokrenuo postupak podnošenjem kaznene prijave, upućen je u parnicu.
